yeah, definately sure edit: what I did: I downloaded the dll file and copied it into the folder "plugin" in my mupen64 folder this didn't change anything, though

it clearly is in the folder, but I can't choose it can anyone send me the download link to a mupen64 rerecord version, that contains the RSP emulation plugin?

When I downloaded the rerecording version of Mupen64 a while back, there was only one RSP plugin I was able to choose: Hacktraux/Azimer hle rsp plugin As all of the N64 TASes use the "RSP emulation plugin", I'm not able to play them back correctly. Most problems appear, when I try to playback a Ocarina of Time TAS. It seems, that the inventory acts differently from plugin to plugin, so the playback desynch after the inventory part ;) My question is, where can I get the "RSP emulation plugin"? It would be also pretty useful, if somebody tells me, in which folder I have to put the file etc. in order to get it working correctly. I'm a noob at stuff like this ;)

mega flipping through ceilings is impossible, sadly. the celing stops the backflip, when link hits it, so link doesn't clip through the ceiling we also think about getting the magic bean from the stone tower ;)

as buying the magic bean for 100% from the magic bean guy is lame, we should do this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxqsCyaT3KE&feature=channel_page we gain one explosive, 100 rupees with this trick, because we need 14 explosives to get up there, if you optimize it and we can get 10 bombchus and 5 bombs up there. refilling magic and health is possible as well ;)

here's what I wrote on youtube: lolz, I came up with this theory in the irc about a week ago chaosv1 invested a lot of time in testing this trick, but had no success. he's really close to do it, so this trick could be possible soon this wouldn't save any time for MST, because hovering with the skull bubble takes a lot longer than just doing the child spirit temple ;) the reason, why this would be useful is, that it would allow us to sip deku stick for low%, finally ;)

although I've said that about a million times already, but people just don't want to her it: THE LOW% RUN CAN'T BE COMPLETED WITH LESS ITEMS, WHETER YOU COUNT ALL TRADE ITEMS AS ONE ITEM AND DELETING STUFF OF YOU'RE INVENTORY ALSO DOESN'T AFFECT THE NUMBER OF ITEMS!

ZL cutscene? Talon Skip is a good point. I didn't think about that. Is there any other way to skip him besides having explosives. Because otherwise youll have to have a hatched Cuco and that would take forever. Btw. I'm pretty sure that there wont be a new run untill there is reset recording, so death warps could just be substitutet with save warps...

Sure XD I have 1-2 MM questions for you anyway. It's just that I never see you online. ;)
the death warp is used to skip the Lullaby cutscence. and yes, it works with the slingshot bomb, but slingshot is actually skipped :/ edit: here's the Dodongo's Cavern TAS with my Shortcut to skip the whole head part: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnVOP6r_Eg4 should save a good amount of time ;)

we definately have to get this theory done: in the fairy fountains, there's a corner between the wall and the little ledge thing. we can get out of bounds there with superslide and recoil flip, but not with mega flip + ISG, so no way to get to the other fountain with this OoB at the moment. I've tryed a lot of time already, but I wasn't able to do it. it doesn't change our bomb route even if we use the bombchu for the boss battle both swordless and I TASed this battle and we were both not able to do it with an arrow as the last hit it's not the time, it's the bow, that makes this trick impossible ;)

1. my fight just showed the idea I played it non-TAS 2. it is about 1-2 seconds faster to use a SS into the cutscence ;)

the problem is, that link is holding the bow in his hand, so when you grab the bomb, he puts the bow away first, so no SS

because that trick is the biggest bitch ever to me I've just recorded a way, that uses a bombchu to kill goht, so I had more time to pull off the superslide there are enough frames to activate a superslide after shooting an arrow, but link is still holding the bow in his hand, so I can't activate a superslide any idea to get the bow away really quickly?

yep, many people just don't want to believe it, but the low% run without RBA gets less items than the low% run with RBA even if you count all trade items only as one item ;)
