Nope. While most of it is because of the dance, some other stuff is optimized. Even with the dance included I still saved 71 frames.
And plus, the dances in the current run are unoptimal, so I could save time in the dance too.
I think it's ok if I don't do the dance. Frenom only did the dance because he thought it saved time, from what I can gather.

This game is way better then the other Lupin game, mostly because you move alot faster and it isn't as choppy, plus bubble gum.
I'm making a little test TAS now.

Nice improvement! Yeah, I lost interest because of luck manipulation, so I'm looking forward to see what you can do with this game.
I wonder if Lupin III would make an interesting run.

Don't worry. This submission, despite containing mostly walking, was published, so maybe the glitched category may stand a chance?
It's only 5 minutes long and has an average entertainment rating of 3.1. And Gargoyle's Quest, you're skipping all the fun parts of the game, and it would make the run much boring.

The glitch category is really dull. Since the levels are basically skipped, the clever level design can't be seen. All that's left is walking around on the RPG style mode which isn't entertaining at all.
