Because Mumbo tokens and cheats don't are "main" items. You don't have collect all :P It looks silly if i collect Mumbo tokens stages where is no Mumbo :S

I think that is 100% completion when you collect 900 notes, 100 puzzlepieces and all honeycombs :)
