This is the game I enjoy editing MIDI's from, especially the Trainer Battle theme on which 2 years ago, someone made me a trasncript from scratch! Haven't watched the TAS but Bizhawk makes this music sound better than it's predecessor emulator. Yes vote from me!

Whilst you're publishing this, there has been a new strat discovered by Namesoom that I need to investigate which might save some time... https://clips.twitch.tv/FantasticSparklyPoultryRedCoat I'm not sure whenever to put this one on hold or wait till this one is published and wait to submit a possibly faster time. With me starting a new job next week it might best to leave this one published for now and when I get some time maybe I will have a look at this strat.

Oh boy - not again.... I found another place where I could save time - and that's around frame 40740 where I noticed where the Slig did a double shoot there - but then if If fix that part there's going to be desyncs after and there are some that are harder to fix later. I'll see what happens when I resync this part - I might have to set it to delayed again if I can get all the desyncs fixed. Update: Well I don't think it's going to save that much time anyway so let's keep this one in judging.

Feos, could you add ‘Manipulates luck’ to this one as the bees are luck based and in an RTA run it takes dozens of attempts in an any% run to get the bees to follow Abe and get damaged enough to do the second part.

Bizhawk 2.3.3 crashes when I open this movie. So I'm using 2.4 instead. I will replace the submission file after confirming sync to the end.
That's odd - it didn't crash for me. I'll also make an encode on v2.4 as well.

Oh boy not again... So I just checked Namesoom's WR video with a section in Screabanian Nests that looked slow, and I think I'll be able to save more frames on this one too. It won't be much of an issue to fix since it's in the Scrabanian Nests. I will post an update here when I'm done fixing all the desyncs so I will need to set this one to delayed for the time being.

Ah I see where you're coming from now. I understand that. The Abe speedrunning community have been very active recently finding these new strats but I doubt there will be any more improvements to come any time soon.

Our government in the UK has been planning for a second lockdown which would be a quick lockdown to slow the spread of the virus and they even had discussions of cancelling Christmas this year - I feel there's something else in the world going on that I been following since 2017 and then my laptop decide to give up booting from USB sticks after upgrading to 20H2 and now I have to send my laptop to an Aorus repair center and thanks to COVID there might be delays in repairing my laptop most of the IT repair shops have limited people working in them now.
