Why does it say it's an improvement of 5.75 seconds ? I actually suppose that it's 5.77 seconds by comparing over the previous published movie

I can give you some details about the speed of the characters if you want, i don't really think others informations are useful to your ear. I'll show you a classification for each movement from the worst to the best :
Swimmimg : Wario - Yoshi - Mario - Luigi
Running : Wario - Luigi and Yoshi (they have the same) - Mario
Longjumping : Same classification as running
Jumping : Same classification as running
Slidekicking and diving : Yoshi - Luigi, Wario and Mario (they are all 3 the same)

This might be useful if someone finds a way to do it on the glowing rabbits.
I already know that glitch. With every rabbit you can move a bit before he gives you the key, but with this one if you are Mario you can completely walk around while the rabbit is gonna give you the key. I already thought about that and later in the run i'll test that glitch to see how could it be useful. Thanks for the video anyway.

Thanks for the info.
I also did some test and the fact is that the setup save really much time compared to the N64 Version. The strat with the dive is slower than the one with the jump kick, so i could get under 12"93 if i TASed it with the setup

I actually timed the difference and my strat is 0"40 faster than the video of the WR.
And yes the time is not exactly the same in NTSC and PAL. Important to notice also that i played this on emulator, so the time might be a little bit greater.

If i download the PAL version and do the setup at the beginning, i can improve that time
So thanks now i understand
PAL versions might have a slower time for the slide, so if he did that on USA version, the time would be higher.
I don't have to worry for the PSS time, anyway i can't do any setup because it's in a full TAS

Finally done ! We got the movie to sync and imrpoved 2 frames on the SSL Bird star but sadly no other improvements possibles :/

The TAS is going to be improved. I've already imrpoved 2 frames on the SSL In the Talons of the big Bird star, and for now we're fine until the part "talk to Toad".
I'm gonna see if some parts can be improved after

The movie should be called v4 since it's still the 4th submission
