Let me rewrite a word. Publisher.
We have patience to make this work.
We can take our time and make this work for the certain parts. I already did a test, which went for a longer period of time. Guess what, it worked.
It didn't mater to me a Publisher/Encoder to take my time for creating a temporary solution. You've rushed, which is hurting the submission due to already losing a vote.
jlun, I did a small section in my test for not giving anyone seizures. I would properly work on a temp encode followed by a publication.
But I'm out of commission for the month. Sorry.
I hope someone else with more patience would actually work on creating a better temp rather than a halfassed one which doesn't even care about the issue.

TAS input ends at frame 17848 (04:56.98)
HappyLee ends his input when Mario hits the Axe on frame 17868 (04:57.31).
Also, the TAS is roughly a second faster if switched to their timing.

It was entertaining for a while, then, seizures.
I checked earlier versions of Hawk, and they still had the issue.
What the publisher can do, is drop that entire part to 30fps to solve the issue.

I'll point something out before it was changed.
Lars originally had the submission say Speed/Entertainment Tradeoffs which is why some of the comments talked about that.

I'm only doing this as a reminder thing.
We have, [2952] NES Nobunaga's Ambition by CogneatoSwitch in 12:06.37.
But, the difference besides NES vs Genesis is that Nobunaga is a short TAS so it works with no sound. This TAS though is a void for a very long period of time.

Why? xy2_, why did you submit this?
I know the "Oh it's faster than Tompa." Does it mean it's still submittable in the current state of only being ran for 4 hours? No.
TAS wasn't entertaining. A Meh will come frome me.
Will also use my post for any, if any, frame wars come, even though it should've been revised beforehand.

What "haters"? I don't see anyone here who greatly dislikes something, all I see is someone telling the person to put it where it is meant to be dedicated at it's known as the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic thread, and not here.

I'm just going to re-link my two posts.
Here's post number one and here's post number two.
It shouldn't be that difficult to read every post here.
Also, there would be something for that auto closing stuff, assuming the hard working hourglass can be amazing at running games that do that.
But alas, it has been outdated and unable to run most games (even with a mouse) for some time.

Just like last time, I'm going to go through every possible miss you did too late.
It's all good. Syncs ontop of that. Good Job not giving anyone a headache.

So, I reached that, so my next goal was to reach 1TB before the end of the year (total encodes), now sitting on 1.27 TB.
Probably going to see if I can reach 2TB before the end of the year, highly unlikely tho.

xy2_ has being kicked hard but always gets back up again, especially with Assassin's Creed which had desync issues, working heavily and slowly on Monkey Touch Roll and well, working hard with the TASBot team for GDQ.
He has done quite a lot when he joined and always was a vocal Newbie when he entered.

I'm gonna see if I can splice this down to the 23rd maze, just so we don't have a max version, but I will also compare it to this to something I made a while back, when I get the chance.
Score overflows 9,999,999 at level 836 after 11 hours.
I've only gone 3 levels in to tell you this isn't top quality, you hit the orbs, avoid or fail to eat any of the ghosts, since you're going for highest score you should be going for the ghosts at all costs.
Getting all 4 in one energizing go is 1,600 (by 4 is 6,400) is and if Pac-Man eats all four ghosts your points rack up to 3,000 (by 4 is 12,000), there's also 2,600 orbs a map.
So, in theory (and prac.) 1 round = 21,000 points
Another thing is the fruits, each fruit is 100 to 5000 points, now this is something I'm not going to add this to the final equation but here's the list:
Cherry: 100 (1st)
Berry: 300 (2nd)
Orange: 500 (3rd/4th)
Apple: 700 (5th/6th)
Pineapple: 1000 (7th/8th)
Galaxian: 2000 (9th/10th)
Bell: 3,000 (11th/12th)
Key: 5,000 (13th+)
Without account for the fruits and only taking on the ghosts, to reach max score it would require to enter the 477th maze and rack up some points. You wouldn't need to go all the way to the 836th maze.
With the fruits the number of mazes required will decrease.
Vote is no, not entertaining.
I won't splice to a 23 since this TAS goes for points.
Source: http://www.pacmanmuseum.com/history/pacman-scoring.phpEdit: Also, I may be mistaken on this one but I will point it out (I'll recheck this one), but for speed the minimal amount is either 13 or 14 mazes as you can copy and paste the same input from one of the two levels and it will carry over and work the same, I did this for a test and it went for a long time.
Note: My math and information might be wrong on what I have posted regarding the ghosts, due to something I may have read incorrectly about eating all 4 ghosts in one go.
Edit 2: A perfect game can be seen here which accounts for the fruit and the Ghosts using the Arcade (MAME) emulator: http://www.nrchapman.com/pacman/
Thank you xy2_ for pointing this one out, the NES version is a direct port, but doesn't have the infamous splitscreen like the original version.
Edit 3: With the account of the Fruit/Items Maze 387 would be the last maze. Due to my forgetfulness on getting all the ghosts in one swoop Maze 718 is the alternate.
I kinda forgot to account that Keys and Bell can show up twice but it does depend on a little couple of things, so 386/387 would be the final maze and the alternate would be maze 717/718.
