But he says in the description he CHOSE v2.0 even after knowing about v2.1... or at least that's the impression I got (If he did indeed begin making the TAS before v2.1's release then fair enough in this case). Also I edited in one final paragraph in to my last post.
*Sighs*

In the case of VVVVVV, and this run, it's absolutely not an issue, for a few reasons: 3. The version of the game you download from Steam is still 2.0, so the 2.1 linked on the distractionware forums is not even the main commercial version.
Rydian wrote:
And the reason version 2.0 is still the version of VVVVVV that Steam users are getting is because 2.0 is the most recent official "release", which is what pertains to this run..
Rydian wrote:
Also... 2.0 is still the current version (and I can use R to kill myself in it). Anything past that is a beta released on the forums. This has already been posted.
Edit: Also Masterjun would only know about this because of the last 6 pages of this forum discussion. Edit 2: Oh and there isn't a confirmed update onto 2.1 "10 player levels (17 in 2.1.beta)" BETA. IT'S NOT EVEN FINAL.

It's not considered as a death. Because: A) No Lives are Lost B) No Restarting of the levels happen (as in forces a restart)

Voting no because dying on the last boss looks ridiculous for a published run.
That's quite silly of you to write because This and a few other TASes have death as final input. Also it might have been done for entertainment too... And now I must leave this thread because it's just bleeeeeeeeh..........

so who's judging this before it goes crazy on yes and nos (without explaining why they felt that way... I mean it was a clear accept (by a bit) and then all these nos started appearing out of nowhere without explanation on why)?

You submitted it. You did not bring it up HERE. You wasted more time by not doing a full TAS of this game.

... I come back on a day before my English Exams (to the Workbench area (I was avoiding this area for some time due to Cheetahmen)) to see a TAS which is too bloody early for April 1st 2014 or too bloody late for April 1st 2013.
Yes I'm going with the word Bloody because bloody hell.
Sacrifice next time time it correctly or just don't bother creating a fool submission on the wrong date. Anyways I know what Master will do to this... and I'm positive everyone else does too. So quite obvious on how I'm going to vote and that is YES vote.
Kappa NO.
