Okay I'm starting with I know Bizhawk is younger than Dolphin so don't snap crazy.
Anyways, Dolphin emulator is young there isn't many people behind in developing this you chose Mario Bros. Wii and let me be frank, Wii games have a shit ton of desync, so you must go through find that desync and continue from that point.
It's long and tedious and how new this generation is (5ish years) it is surprising that Dolphin tas emulator is better than the Playstation 2 one (and mupen). So in all Honesty there is no point of doing bizhawk Wii at all, seriously all you need is patience. Gamecube tasses fine on Dolphin because of tas input, all the Wii part of it needs a tas input and it would be set great.
If that's not the angle you want don't throw a tantrum at me (it's a good drink (sarcasm as it doesn't exist... I wish it did though :/)).

The episode was alright I don't like the CMC because they still haven't gotten their marks (sarcasm). Okay seriously now, The plot was okay, I always hate the songs... well besides This Day Aria, Freakin' HONESTjack wasn't telling a freakin' truth to the CMC about the cousin and what has happen to her (tables needed) and I thought she is the Mane6. 4th wall breaking by Pinkie Pie was good Stealing the sent.

Episode overall is satisfactory but by god CMC get your marks already! Also scoots one is a butterfly for last gen... or was it the one before eh I forget, so it will be interesting to know what she gets as she is more of a "tom-" wait she doesn't act like one, very sporty (much better).

The balloons is actually the mark of the character Pinkie Pie. So maybe in code making the whole thing pink would be a pain.

The tas is better for the time being on the Dolphin emulator. Even though it's young it's older than the xbox tas (doesn't even exist) and the pcsx2 tas (exists still sucks) and with loading times it's a breeze for this emulator as it take a short amount time.
The tas input would be best to use as using self input (with a keyboard or controller) is a failure. I would go on but meh.
An "All gags" run would be there but no gags would be watched due to being able to skip them. So (true) 100% and any% would suit this game
