The input that I got, the input that I dumped, never advanced to no title screen. I never removed an input, that's how it came out.
As for the colours. I dumped it, that's how it presented itself, I published it as is.

Technically yes, and no.
Yes being Neo handles certain titles better than MAME.
No being Alpha doesn't.
Probably the most common thing talked about was how FinalBurn handles Capcom/NeoGeo titles better than MAME.

Cycle Count is just a proper saving using the same input for a movie that's produced in BizHawk. It should not produce a desync since the input doesn't change.
Watching back a bk2 without it will warn you about it, and all you have to do is resave the project when it reaches the end of the project.

Just letting you know that Hawk 2.9.2 isn't released, meaning it's a dev build, but also the release version would become 2.10.
Does the author know if this syncs on Hawk 2.9.1, which is not a dev release of BizHawk? Otherwise we have to wait for 2.10... and validate it syncs on that instead.

The author gets Game Over in Level 6, which definitely doesn't complete the 35 levels.
Here's how you're meant to do the first five levels in a much quicker time that I have nothing else to say about a movie that has 0 rerecords.

I'm assuming that this is a "glitchless" run, due to no video provided.
Unfortunately if that's the case it's slower than the currently published TAS by MrWint: [4502] GB Pokémon: Blue Version by MrWint in 1:28:28.80
And also slower than the current world record on speedrun.com by pokeguy, depending on the branch that's being tackled.
Please take your time and use the tools available to you in BizHawk and use the userfiles. Go again when you've optimized all you can.

As noted on the YouTube encode there was a major error on Part 1 video where audio just chose to not exist after an hour and a bit.
I stated that there will be a turn around for it to go live with it. "No estimate available" is what YouTube has given back in terms of that replacement encode.
