Any particular reason you didn't post in the already existing thread? Having more than one thread per game leads to clutter and disorganized information.
Well, I didn't know that it is okay to bump 3-year-old threads on this forum. Plus, there's 3 different threads for Wily Wars :/ Also, thanks for the link Aqfaq!

(*AKA Cap'n Havoc) Honestly, I am surprised nobody has published a run of this obscure, colorful, and brutally difficult 90s-era platformer. Back in 2006 someone posted a run, but never submitted it and was generally ignored. Now it seems that run has been lost to the sands of time. Anyone who has ever played the game would know how harsh and cruel it is on any difficulty, so to see a complete TAS of the game would be very therapeutic, much like the Alien Storm TAS. So, any takers on this stress generator? Or, has anyone managed to save the run from 2006?

A rapid cascade of bricks and Back-to-Back Tetrises. Damn, that was fast!

Wow, that's a neat trick! Now we wait for this new trick to be replicated in the warpless SMB1 run... Yes vote.

Another post nthing bad game choice. Usually, if it shows up on a page like Something Awful's ROM Pit review collumn, it's not something to TAS.

Wow, that was very well done! Doesn't seem too different than the WIP you posted, but it's still crazy fast and I greatly enjoyed it. Also, might just be my shitty memory but the route used in the red Chaos Emerald special stage seemed... different than the one used in the all Emeralds Knuckles run on the site. Hope you'll do a Sonic & Tails all emeralds run! Voting yes.

FYI, the ROM "Rockman Megaworld (J) [a1][!]" does have working save functionality, and runs in NTSC mode. This should make things easier for creating a continuous TAS that plays through all 4 games in one movie file.

It is a TAS, jumping without seeing means NOTHING.
Pretty much this. Personally, I'd love to see that specific level done in a TAS because it would result in Sonic reaching the goal before the camera begins moving vertically, which would be nuts.

I have noticed that in Upthorn's submission, he seems to have passed up on a very early 280 frame reduction by simply pressing Start at around frame 110. I would make an edit of his video, but I do not know how to splice in this new input and make it properly sync.
