Once this game and Mario get TAS'd I think we can say that N64 Time attacking is in full swing! Sub __4__ hours would be out of control!

Eagerly awaiting the finished product! What's the likelihood of you doing a 70 or 120 star run after this?

Is that WIP only supposed to go through link picking up/throwing the first bush? Is the castle stuff you mentioned not yet in the works? Good to see someone improving this run though. Keep it up.

My bad. I just assumed since it was called IMPORTANT.txt it wasn't anything worth reading! Next time I'll not be such an idiot.

I'm having the same problem as spoony. I'm dling the debug.dll and I'll get back to you. Thanks for all your work! I can't wait to see someone show off a perfect goldeneye run! EDIT: The last thing I saw in the debug log was emulation paused, then the error message from windows, then resuming emulation and it closed. Is there a way to save the output of debug.dll?

The Bomb chain chomp glitch is used in one of the sda runs, either the 70 stars, 120 stars or the 16, but I can't remember which. This should be fun!

It didn't give me the hacked dump warning(I've gotten that before on the non-nitsuja version) Before the screen even goes color, the WinXP send/don't send error report comes up and the program closes. I haven't fiddled with any of the plugins but maybe that'd be a good idea?

Perhaps I'm retarded--definate possibility, but I followed your directions about putting the rom folder in the directories settings, but whenever I try to load the mario rom, from there it still crashes. Its not a particularly good dump, I don't think, could that have something to do with it?

While we're on the subject of N64 emulators. . . Has anybody found and emulator that can play Star Wars: Shadow of the Empire, well? Project, Mupen, and Nemu all have trouble with it. They flash almost every other frame either blue/black depending on the background color. I love that game, but its tough to play it without getting a headache. (Before anybody says anything, my brother lost the cartridge, and I don't have my N64 here anyway) Thanks

Don't you need to do boomer's stage after mammoth so you can charge up ice? Also, I'm pretty sure the helmet upgrade from Storm Eagle's level is required for Sting Chameleon's heart tank. EDIT: Next time I'll watch your WIP before I say things. I didn't realize you could get that heart tank in boomer's level w/o ice. Very impressive.

Yeah, we'll see how far I get on my run. To those who are waiting for it. . . don't hold your breath. I have a problem with discipline, so its unlikely I'll work on it soon.

I didn't think X1 ever had a star, but I could be wrong.

A good benchmark might be to find a comparable point in your movie and fractalfusions, like the first frame you gain control of X, and then compare yourself at intervals, that way you can be sure if you're at least AS good as he was.

Small critique. In magnet man, in one room you fall into it and go to the left and grab the life refillers, I assume for style points, but You will hit the ground faster the other way, since you already have a head start from the other room, right? Could you save a few frames there by skipping the style points?

Never I wrote a couple of programs in C++ in a windows compiler before, but I just ran them from there. Never done anything like this before. One of the things I was hoping to learn from using linux. . .

I dual booted, so I could if I want to, but I"m trying to immerse myself in it so I get fimiliar with it, but that's not the point. . . The only kinds of programs that I know how to install at the moment are the ones I can emerge, which does not include blips patched fceu. Is there a file that came with it that I should be reading? Thanks

Yeah, I installed gentoo a couple days ago, and have no idea how to install fceu. In addition to explaining how to install fceu, could someone please remind me why I installed linux? I miss window's simplicity and familiarity. . .

DeHackEd played with Snes9x to set joypad buttons to frame advance and save state. That's how he did both his published run and this one here.

Teleportation, as in boss refights? Because if it was, doesn't that mean there's only Sigma's final stage left? And shouldn't that be really fast with the shoryuken? If so, I look forward to seeing your 100% completed run tomorrow. J/k, but seriously, is it forseeable to have it finished this weekend? Because that would be SWEET.
