Shaved off 0.1 megs off the encode. Also did my first dailymotion uploaded / made an account. Let me know if I need to change anything, as I'm still learning the ropes. Archive.org Linky Direct Linky My first Dailymotion Linky

This encode shaves off 4 megs off the old one I did. Archive.org Linky Direct Linky WARNING: Archive.org streaming may be #&)*'d up. Try the direct link if it is. The direct link is fine, I assure you. I have no idea what's wrong with archive.org's streaming as of late.

So recently I uploaded a quick WIP for someone showing a trick in DKC2. No big deal under normal circumstances, but then this came out.
Dear god that's horrid. Insert "Drugs are bad and that's why" joke here.

The encode seems busted. Won't stream properly and won't play in VLC or mplayer.
I just tried the direct link and it plays fine in both my VLC and MPC-HC. Archive.org is having problems with their streams lately. So my advice is stick with the direct linkys, and try re-downloading the file.

Archive.org Linky Direct Linky Sorry this one took so long, I trial-and-errored the version of FCEU. 98.12/13 had audio-sync problems with the video, and 98.16 wouldn't use the Table #60 glitch. 98.15 on the other hand, not only does the glitch, but also the audio syncs even in turbo mode. Also thanks to Flygon for his deldup settings on this encode. One last thing, occasionally, the balls are covered with random "bars" that fade them in/out. (good example is on table 40 around 15 minutes in) It's not an encoding problem, I triple-checked.

I vote "meh" on this as well. I was expecting something more like Spy Hunter, but it's like spy hunter minus the violence. I didn't expect the encode to finish so quickly (I went to bio and came back and it was done), so have an encode linky. Archive.org Linky Direct Linky

I agree with this. It would be more entertaining to play on expert, and try to get a Fool's Mate. I'll vote Meh on it. It's kinda funny, but it can be better.

K after extensive trial and error, this movie only syncs with FCEU 98.12/13/15. Yes vote from me for new glitches and for being very entertaining, despite the fact that #60 desyncs on new FCEU(X)'s. ED: reworded (I was bored) Encode on a fceu that syncs soon(tm)

Bombing Yes vote from me as well. Have an encode: Archive.org Linky Direct Linky (semi-random) Screenshot: Edit: Different Archive.org linkys, using new settings, file is now 0.4 megs smaller :)

hmm...not even the "512kb MP4" version looks good; could you put the original on MegaUpload or something (assuming you originally had an MKV or something with better quality)
Hmmm... the original movie is the archive.org direct linky. The movie is a low-res Sega movie (I cropped the movie to exclude the black bars), so the resolution is only 256x224 instead of 320x224. If I had left in the black bars, the movie would be needlessly larger in file size.

Obvious Yes vote. Suggested Screenshots (I have no idea how to link pictures yet...) 118395, 180381 (yes I know this is outside the movie, still thought it was funny)

I enjoyed the show awhile back, but didn't know they made a game for it. It looked well-done, and there was a few nice glitches. Yes vote from me. Archive.org Linky Direct Linky (semi-randomly chosen) Suggested Pic:

This is my list of "games that I've played that are fun to me, that would maybe be fun to TAS". It's a long post but I have yet to see a nice checklist of sorts. Rise of The Triad ^not on the list but I think it's TAS-worthy. The shareware levels are different from the full-version's levels. Crusader (any of them) ^another one I used to play A LOT. I had no remorse, since no regret wasn't in our stores. I LOVED setting people on fire and melting them with that one gun. Also kinda hard towards the end (who knew that shooting a pipe with the laser rifle would bounce off and kill myself -_-) D-Zone ^A game I used to play wayyy back when. Was kinda fun. I don't see it on wikipedia, so it must not have been widely known. Gameplay is: You pilot a triangle, and you have a team of 3 triangles, and you must kill your opponent's team, or destroy their base core thingy. 17 years ago, I had a lot of fun in this game, but I hardly remember anything about it. +1 for: any ID Software game (DooM/Wolf3d/Quake/hexen/heratic) any Sierra/Sierra On-Line game any Duke Nukem game C&C (any) Descent (any) Full Throttle (I am anxious to see FT broken) Return to Zork (get the CD-ROM ones for better music, dunno about the other Zork games though) Tomb Raider 1 Jazz Jackrabbit (any) Civilization (dunno about game goals though...) Colonization Magic Carpet (I barely got to play this game by the time windows 98 took over my computer -_- ) Blake Stone (AoG I've played, but not the other one) Betrayal at Krondor (never did finish it, was too young to understand RPGs) Carmageddon (Cuz we can hehe) Destruction Derby (I had #2, and boy the computer is out to get you in this game) Chessmaster 2000 (I know i know, it's boring, but I would LOVE to see it pwn'd IN THE FACE) X-Com (or UFO: Enemy Unknown), the first one. Terror From the Deep = boring imo Math/Reading Blaster (really old game I used to play, I'd love to see it broken apart) Mechwarrior (pretty much any of them, I'd LOVE to see MW2 and MW2 Mercs especially.) Need for Speed 1 (cuz lord knows I was a BAD driver when I was 5) OREGON TRAIL (PRESS SPACE BAR TO CONTINUE, riding the west of the Buffalo Menace 200 pounds at a time, dying of dysentery, FORDING the 12-foot deep river... epic times ftw, game goals imo: total party death as fast as possible / make it asap) Sim City 2000 (there was a SNES thread about it, but goals would be a problem... maybe the scenarios or 1million pop or something) Unreal 1 (the game my comp wasn't good enough for :( ) Warcraft (any) ZZT (Town or any good set of levels) Yes there's plenty of other games out there, those are just the ones I can honestly vouch for (and that I can remember clearly). Edit: Terminal Velocity ^D'OH How could I forget about this gem. I shoulda just said "any 3drealms game" and called it good.

Yes vote from me for being such a great game. I do enjoy movies like this one, while not being the fastest, do play the bulk of the game, even if it does use small level skips. Added a mirror for the Encoding Project: Archive.org Linky Direct Linky Daily Motion Linky (Edited now that I know how to use URL tags, and for dailymotion link added)

I can help, if you'd be willing to teach. I have a pretty decent comp too (my internet is my limiting factor), and I'm a fact learner too.

Pretty much in agreeance with sgrunt. If it had people shooting stuff, stuff blowing up, or the game being broken totally, I might have voted yes... but since this fails to amaze me, No vote from me.
