Waa? I apparently missed a few pages here. Still, a complete Super Mario RPG run? I'd vote for a submitation as soon as possible!

The percents comes from items being picked up, but also from completed stages. I think each stage completed gives 10% to the final result. The only item I picked up was the gun which gave me 3% or 5%. So the minimum should be 63% or 65%, but the gun is really handy to have and thus it's worth those extra few percents ;)

IIRC it's not possible to eat regular coins. It is however possible to eat coins that was enemies. If an enemy is shot he turns into a coin, right? then you can eat that coin. And maybe those coins which are tossed out from those bonus clouds that appears rarely after eating a certain amount of fruits in some stages. I'm not sure though. I hope I'm right here because this sounds very logical to me as I'm typing it down ;)

Are you still working on this Inzult? If not, I would like to do it eventually. But if I'm about to do it it will certainly take a huge amount of time. Well, at the moment I'm just curious.

I'm curious though how Luke still gets a medal in the end ;P He leaves Leia in the Death Star and then blows the place up. "Well sorry sis, I was in a hurry".

Oh crap, why didn't I test that? Well, I better repay the damn thing while it's fresh. I doubt I'll play it one more time after this.

I used to play this game alot when I was younger, so this is a movie I really would like to see published! However I haven't watched it so I can't vote yes even though I want to.

Mazzic: It's not just you ;) That's why I collect em. I like NES-games, probably more than it's healthy. I can ask the girl to bring a digital camera here so I can get a picture of the games I have. Oh, and this should be my 667:th post ;P Which means I hopefully can live a little bit longer without being slayed ;)

Wee, another yes-vote! Thanks! To answer to your suggestions, which seems good. It was awhile now since I played this game, but if I recall correct the weapons does not work as they do in the first Flintstones game. Therefor I don't think it's possible to have the axe against the Witch.. Atleast that's what I remember right now. Your Barney idea might be a good one but I think I remember having problems with switching between them, not the switching itself (it's just a button press) but it might decreased speed or something like that. Also I remember it like Barney can't shoot low without stopping, and I don't want to stop more than necessary. Thanks though for your comments!

I'm bothered that games like these get published while not-as-perfect runs of more interesting games get voted down. I thought the point of the voting system was for quality control.
I have learned this more since I started to time attack and maybe (not always though) I try to pick more interesting games. But I usually end up playing the games I like. In my opinion (and no, I'm not a judge) I think that movies that is improved should be published, what else is the point of improve stuff?

Wow, that was fast. Well, to answer some of your questions, if there are any left?

Ugh. Just. . .ugh. This is a horrific game. I mean, the run itself is good and all, but the game. . . Just. . . The only redeeming quality of this horrific movie tie-in is the fact that one of the songs played later ended up in Pugsley's Scavenger Hunt on the Super. No big assessment this time around. This game just sicken and irritates me too much to try and critique it properly. . .
Well, I still like the game ;) And if you don't like it, that's fine for me.

Final Vote: Meh. Reasons: This is a horrible game. Why Ocean made this game is beyond me. This game comes close to physically sickening me. The speed run is proably very, very good, but for Christ's sakes. . . The game. . . The game is the problem! Aside from that, the game just seems far too boring to make a properly interesting speed run. There aren't enough glitches to exploit, or enough action to really make it interesting.
Please keep in mind that this run is an improvement of an already published run. I'm aware that people tend to find this game boring to watch but I still likes it (as stated above) and it is much harder than it seems.

I'm going to ignore your "advice" ;)

Edit: Know what? I'm changing my vote. Or would be, if I could do so in the poll. I jumped the gun a little. Sorry.
Thank you. And im not trying to force you to change your vote but just to defend my own run ;P Anyways, thanks for the comments.

I quite liked the game when I was young. Those blasted bars of soap are EVIL.
Yeah, who would thought that soaps of all things could be evil and instant lethal?!

The first one is worth 100 dollars, the one I take at the top of the screen is worth 500 dollars.

That's correct, the sword killed me but it was fine because the screen changed. Thanks for the comment.

I'll vote yet to this because I concider it well played for a first time submitter. Also, the low re-record amount doesn't make this worse. Pretty nice actually! The game is not the most fast paced I've ever seen but I found it relaxing to watch. Also I never thought they had a boss in a game like this ;)

True, but we already have a published movie of the first track of Excitebike (with a star, even), so since one this beats that one's time, it should definitely be published nonetheless.
Of course, but I would rather see the whole game than just the first stage, even though I'm sure Foda did a great job since he beat the old time.

I haven't watched it but I totally agree with Truncated. Please do the whole game because even if the tracks after track one doesn't have as many of those ramps it would still be cool.

I doubt that there is an ending in this game. The closest I think is the screen where it shows the .. uhm pillar where you get your medal or whatever. Anyways, this would be cool to see if you finish it, and for me it would be fine with just all 5 (6 with the training) tracks completed. It would be cool to see if it's impossible to beat after a few repeats but that's not that important. Atleast I think so.

Now I have watched this run and I loved the whole hour! It doesn't really appers like it but the boss battles is amazing! I remember having to spend hours leveling up before I could take on any of the bosses from the one in the Ice Cave. Also, it's not possible to beat the bird (one of the last bosses) that nice!! ;) When I played it on a console I had to rely on my life ball, standing in the left corner and hit him as much as possible when he passed by. Impressive! I do have one question though. I noticed that you pressed yourself against walls so you could move sort of diagonally. I totally understands why you are doing this and it's a good idea, however, is it really faster? It looked like the slowdown it caused was greater than not to move diagonally. That's the only thing I can think of. Great run of a great game (atleast I liked it)!

I haven't found exactly why Koopa Troopa is rated so highly among fans. I know he's got good speed, and his acceleration is better than Bowser and DKJ. Basically, he's not as fast as Bowser, but he doesn't lose as much speed going around turns.
The big guys doesn't lose speed either if you just jump when you need too. No one is faster than Bowser or Donkey, except for the acceleration of course.
