You didn't make it and don't know this is not right.It can't falls on the ship.
Slug has slow movement.In Mission 5 there are 2 slugs.But if pick up the first,the second will not appear.
In Mission 6 the slug cannot wait you jump up and use it.And use it will take a lot of map dragging problem.There are 3 bombs at last.I only get 2,because that will be 300 frames slower than using death.
If entertainment is more important,taking damage or death to save time is not useful.All of the games cannot take death,that kill the entertainment.The run which only set target to entertainment did not exist except some special run.
This game is different.Because death will take long time to wait.So your opinion is the key what some people hate.
Missed Shot is related to the boss.
Boss can only be attacked by a maxinum bullets count.
Mission 5 boss,I missed a bomb,I corrected it and it would be slower.
346 rerecording counts for 199168 frames.

You just watch that death and kill all the effert I do.Just like:

This isn't a enough reason for me to give up this series.

I'm working on metal slug 3&X level-8 now.Maybe some other games' movies would be published earlier.
No die means no damage in this game.Only because it is a arcade game originaly.
GBA version their is not availiable for continue,but it has strong health.Because that card game only urgy money from selling the card not the coin.
Edit:FBA cannot use console mode(AES:Advanced Entertainment System).Console mode have 4 coins for each player at first.
Not die? No damege? Why no damage run is not acceptable for other emulators' games?

Adding new player in a run has been accepted before for a long time,either continue or borrowing life.
Only Arcade games have life limit.And if Chip & Dale is in Arcade and you can't bonus lifes.What should you do?
You just mean that you play an arcade game in game center only can use one coin for each game.If you feed more,it is cheat.
There is an arguement with this for a long time.
If feeding coins in mid-game is cheat.
Why not feeding coins at first is cheat?

How could anyone plan a movie on non-assisted for making an answer whether I can beat it as same as tas?
Now my metal slug 1,player-1 die for the 3rd time in the last stage,for avoiding the more enemies which climb down 4 members a team.And manipulate luck picking up a Shortgun for only 1 player on the right.
And at the beginning in the first stage,how can I know this situation.
1-coin runs are spectacular when a human makes them, in a TAS they're just meh – I perfectly know it's possible and there are already 10 minutes or so of never getting hit so I don't see your point, using continues to save time is smart and is what a TAS should be doing, there is no challenge in beating the game with 1 coin for a TAS, I don't see how that can look entertaining

I don't know I will use continue before I do so many different experiment in 5-2 & 5-3.
So I haven't added 4 coins at the start.When I know I must continue I cannot go back to the beginning.
Tas movie editor cannot open the fbm file.If I want to throw 4 coins,I must redo the whole movie again.Is that meaningful?I know I can add the coins at the beginning but I don't know how many I want.
Yeah,it's right.And I also can wait counting down to 0.then push start to join the other player.And this is not continue.
TAS is not setting target to show 1 coin to beat it.
But these no voters are all for the continue.There are some runs using continue or appearing game over before,that proved that it is acceptable,so I use it to do this.
So it is not a good justification here.It isn't out of rule.Otherwise it is unfair for doing arcade run I think.
I say it's more that the continue was badly planned and executed than the fact itself that you used one.
I'd say the following would increase the entertaining value of a continue in such run:
Add all credits you plan to use at the beginning of the run. Doing so when the "Continue?" screen appears makes it look like "Oh shit, I've out of lives! Where's my extra coin?".
Always leave one player alive. Both players dieing at the same time looks forced and stops all the action.
Spread the deaths across the run. Try to make use of the extra explosives you gain when the player dies.
FBA cannot edit the manipulation.So I don't know I will add the coins before.So when I know I must do that,I will redo the all movie?
In that scene,if not die together,the enemy will run away,or be killed earlier lead to drop in front of the train.
In other situation,dying will drag the screen.There is no time to die.The dying time was not enough.How scary.

2nd stage:There is no influence to kill or not kill the mummies.Shortgun will cost some lags.
last stage:Running together only make sure that dropping on the right place.The final drop should be planned.So jumping together is necessary.
The death make less enjoyable thing in the train scene,but mamber changing is made up for the enjoyment,and make more enjoyable for the boss battle.Only 1 bomb is equal to 4 R,and R have slower motion.I will die in the boss's battle to add bombs,also will use continue.I use continue on the train only to avoid that.
Edit:With my poor English,I read all of the words who give pro or con to the continue and look up them in the dictionary.And I give my explaination.I must admire all of the members in this forum.How my decision accepted is not important.Only I want to do what most of people want.
Metal Slug 1 should have been completed 2 days before,if I tried without your suggestion.But I will try my own style to complete it.
