In an actual game. I'll start: (Scarabeus Prototype, NES) Honestly, this is just really, really, really weird.

<Torgen> Is 100% going to include rescuing the critters during the escape? <JXQ> No, those retarded animals can burn for all I care. (I'm so nice) <Bag of Magic Food> But I heard they were important for later game continuity! <Torgen> This is true. If you don't go to that room and make that pixel move across the screen, Fusion won't make sense. <JXQ> Fusion doesn't make sense anyway. They will burn.
The only thing I could think of to post for this comment...

Er. Any reason you don't use SNES9x?

As funny as it is on JXQ's metroid run, This will only serve to make turning input display on unplesent.
Hence why you can strip it. Personally, I think adding little touches (such as the boss HP counter or other silly bits of information) are amusing to see.

Okay, now I really wish we had a "Very Yes" option. I'm not even 3000 frames into this and I'm already laughing!

Voting yes if only because it was interesting to watch, albeit this game isn't very entertaining...

JXQ, I considered doing a 2 player version, but I don't think it would add much and would be considerably longer. I thought maybe I could create some shortcuts by having the marbles smack into each other, but I couldn't get anything gong with that idea.
What says you can't just whack them off the ledges for good fun? :) Seeing them fight to the death while still winning in record time would be interesting.

Version 2 of this godawful hack is out, so... Some small things were fixed. Not much off that list, though. (Consider showing them

Good god almighty, that movie is getting more awesome every time I read this thread. Seriously, great job!

I believe there was some bug mentioned, where if you went to the next room and called, passengers would somehow magically make it past horrible jumps to where you were. I dunno, though; you'll have to test it yourself.

I didn't even notice the date of the original post, wow. Interesting how it got brought up again! But unfortunately, it seems that Gunty disappeared (from this thread)...

Assuming it was made with GBColorizer, it does some funky crap with the timing and leads to a lot of problems.

Not overuse but misuse. In any case, I should probably take down all my "xkeeper.shacknet.nu:5" links, as there's an emulation-themed folder with ROMs in it...

I'd rather see a full run that collects enough survivors (25pt worth) and your matches to get the best ending. The current run is basically "walk to this room, game over". Meh.

I've always found VBA simple to use, snes9x comes a close second.
For recording, FCEU. For general playing, ZSNES. FCEU is easy to use for me, and ZSNES has many features I like.

The long cutscenes and dialogue sucked, but i just turboed over them. You did a pretty nice job with this, voting yes.
Am I the only one who likes these cutscenes? They gave the run more personality and fun, and actually made ti make sense, over "why is he going here? What is the point of this room?" and so on. Hell, I even slowed the game down so I could read them :\

The movie was well-made, but I greatly dislike this game. I spent too much time fastforwarding through slow cutscenes and uninteresting, hard-to-see screens. Meh. But it's Megaman. It's like fighting the unmovable object.

I still reiterate my point that there are better ways to go about things than "HEY FUCKFACE, GET OUT OF OUR FORUM."

By the way, here's a challenge for you: put your words in action. Go ahead, try and find anything related to code converting that can work from Google. "codebreaker to action replay gba code converter" returns mabye one useful link, and even then it's for doing the opposite and requires downloading a program (ARCrypt) that I've heard of but never actually seen a real description of. Maybe you people should shut up and think for a second that "Hey, mabye Google doesn't have all the answers!"

One of these days, Bisqwit will learn what a repeated fuckface this guy is, and stop letting him rejoin. Until that day, I would advise everyone to not reply to his posts anymore, and perhaps a mod can lock his topics that are just demands for other people to do what anyone born before the dawn of the internet can do in a matter of seconds.
There's a difference between calmly asking for Bisqwit to intervene and being an asshole to the poster in question. Be a better person. Besides, the first question he asked was legitimate. There are many sites related to gameshark/codebreaker types; he just wanted to know if anyone remembered one that had a dark red/black color scheme. Considering I know of it and I also know that the site recently went through a major redesign and color change, I also know that no Google query would've answered that question. I run my own forum (well, co-run) and this kin of behavior doesn't help anybody; it only leads to more problems later on.

Okay, I used to go on a cheat-code website, had like dark-red, and mid-dark-red on it. And had cheats for abunch of cheating devices for alot of system, older ones too. What's the name of it again? I forgot.
Sounds like what GSCentral used to be. (GSCental.org) They've redone the site a bit, though. (My avatar is strangely useful in this context)

For example, "Avoids a specific glitch, but only in parts where it's less interesting" may be interesting to watch, but would be unacceptable.
I don't see why, but then again it might be based on this site's (seemingly) ever-changing rules. I would think that, as long as it is enjoyable to watch, it would make it through. But then again, these days it seems more important to have pure speed.

It says "Nice try but no." in a covert manner. Doesn't seem to be working.
It was working for a while, but they got smarter. But not by much. I'm working on another version.
