Stay with the PSX version, its the one most people played :)
But Saturn version has Cutman and Woodman as extra bosses, which don't appear on the Playstation version (or the Anniversary Collection), though the lack of a Saturn emulator with re-record is a bummer.

I enjoyed the run, certainly more entertaining than the published StH1 run we have (imo) I say yes, publish it with the concept demo section with the Knuckles run.

Is there a different ending for getting all the birds and taking no damage? I thought it was a enjoyable run, voting yes.

I enjoyed the run, I'm voting yes. Some crazy glitches in there.

-Load up the emulator/ rom and then start TAS -load up some youtube pages for various music playlist -usually TAS at night time -make use of all 10 savestate slots -once I finished my first playthrough of stage the entire game or playthrough I start a new one This is where I do something different I have TWO of the same emulator running the same rom up at the same time, one of them being my first playthrough and the other being my second playthrough (the TAS I'm working on) I make it like a competition for myself, watch the first TAS until a certain frame (such as going to a new area/screen/killed a particular enemy/etc.) and see if I can beat that time on my second tas. It works out really well.

My bad about the IRC spamming thing (didn't realize I was doing it). It was a simple run to make, taking about 5 days to complete.

Ah I loved the original on the Playstation, though since someone is already working on that (and the fact I'm not sure if my computer can handle the playstation emulator) I decided to do the Gameboy version. Glitch jumping or as I put it Pause Jump Trick, happens after a pause. As for the last thing you stated, ya I like to hear some feedback. EDIT: Alright I added bold text and what not to make it easier to read from section to section but I still can't figure how to make it show the image I suggested, what do I need to put by or around the image to make it show up as a image in the submission instead of a link?

How about Star Soldier: Vanishing Earth, seems like it be a very easy game to TAS.

I'll keep an eye on this topic. I'm kind of taking a long break from TASing the first stafy game (just check the gba section). From what I've heard, the two DS games aren't any where near as good as the GBA games.

I prefer Super Paper Mario over this game. Probably the most disappointing sequel I ever wanted to play.

My buddy and I use to play this game non stop for a few weeks. Splitting up the gold was annoying though. I'm all for a 4p TAS of this game :)

Damn that was fast (and I actually completed all 40 challenges(with some of them being speed runs with tight time). THe Crush Missles will be extremely effective against the Submarine mini-boss in the 4th stage.

You really know your stuff. I'd love to watch it, the only thing I think could be criticized about the run is the Temple of the Ocean King, since you have to repeat it several times. Other than that I think it would be awesomez. Quick question, how are you going to do be able to do that screen closing trick in the TAS? Does the emulator give you an option to put the DS into sleep mode?

Wouldn't it be faster to hop inside the Miniboss (the trolley on the rails) than run the entire length of the rail area?

Using the Upgraded Homing missle in the corridor (behind you view) levels while ducking, can guarante killing everything and you will never get hurt, and it kills the boss extremely fast. As for enemies behind you, why not just jump in the air and do a quick shot behind you and then switch back to going forward? Also Probotector sprite is taller than the main guys, there's a video on youtube that shows it.

Fun fact, hold start long enough and you can make it so you can go frame by frame on the actual DS and save the replay. Of course if you screw up you can't back track though. I'd like this run.
