http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/6766269/Trail/searchtext%3EMOUSE.htm on my laptop(it is wired btw, just it's randomly not in the picture) my desk has a massive line in the varnish where I use my mouse, so I have an awesome mousepad.

He said to me that it worked when he tried it on Mupen. :|
If you could post the chat log of that I'm pretty sure it'd be case closed, as FODA said.

Oh, I meant the blj on the blue slope in the lobby, not the walk under water thing. Sorry for making it unclear.
Why don't you just give up?

Acer, (Dell) are bad.
It's not the laptops themselves that are bad, mine has beeen very reliable since I put XP and mandriva on it, it's just the customer support. Also, most of the acer "gemstone" notebooks are VERY easily upgradeable, only 9 screws to get to the CPU.

Use the TASinput plugin, and do it in frame advance.

In virtualdub, use the subtitle filter: http://www.virtualdub.org/downloads/subtitler-2_4.zip (unzip and put in virtualdub/filters folder) And use a program such as SSA (sub station alpha) to create the subtitles: http://www.tdfast.com/software/download/SSAinstall.exe

I'm going to TAS this game soon, an entertainment based 1 play, but completing the credits and beating ness as well. Anyway, I though I would ask about which character I should use. So, please say who you would pefer out of Fox, Pikachu, and Kirby. Also, after I have done the TAS with one character, I might do it with the other characters too, and see if they can be published togther. Anyway, please post what you think.

Encode Here: http://www.filedropper.com/newmario640star (24mb, 640x480) Very unexpected to see this run :P My thoughts on the run, The new camera angles were, different, but I can't say I really like them any better. Apart from them though, I didnt really notice much difference from the last run though. Still if there was a poll to vote, it would be a yes.

Try using the x264vfw: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/x264_Video_Codec.htm works for me in 3 different emus (mupen, vba and fceux) I have used on a clean install I did yesterday.

How do you know you're fine if you don't run AV software? And besides, sometimes theres files or information that are required on the dark side of the internet.
Well, no weird processes, in task manager, cpu usage always what I expected it to be, and I did 2 scans (one about 2 weeks ago) with the kaspersky online scanner. Also *no* chance of a virus some of the time for me because i just set up an xp and mandriva dual boot.

My laptop got a virus on it yesterday, and as I don't use antivirus software, I was happy for three reasons: 1. I didn't get any malicious files on it for about 6 months 2. I needed a reason to do a clean install/sort out my partitions. 3. The stuff I needed to keep was less than 1gb so I just copied it onto my flash drive.

The Wiimote just has a simple accelerometer. It knows when it's being jerked about, but it doesn't know with any real precision WHERE it's being moved to, or how. Without the sensor bar, all you can get out of the Wiimote is, "am I moving? Y/N"
Well, you can tell exactly what position (angles) the wiimote is in, and also, distance can be done while pointing at the sensor bar (i.e photo channel drawing) because the ir camera in the wiimote can see the ir dots get bigger.
