It is reproducible on the console using a WaveBird Wireless Controller.
Edit: Apparently it's called a neutral reset, and it can be reproduced on a standard controller too. I didn't think of unplugging controllers.

I can't believe the talent this guy has.
Balls deep into the Chrono Cross soundtrack right now.
The music just reeks spring / summer feel-good times.
Oh, I think I can empathize with this. There's definitely a 'tropical' and 'fresh' feel to this soundtrack, as well as many other works by Mitsuda. I especially like his works that have a Celtic sound to them.

Complimented by an on-screen display whose behavior I can't seem to manipulate have since been able to manipulate to my liking, thanks to the assistance of the author of the plugin, kode54. I don't really have a use for the desktop, but that's so much utility and space gone to waste. I might install Rainmeter in order to make use of it.
