Since I said I was going to encode this run... Here it is. (Mediafire link) As for the run, I have to say it's pretty good. Yes vote.

Woah, Worms Armageddon. How unexpected! Do you play (online) often?
I don't play it often, and never played online. I have it because nostalgia (I played the demo of it back when I was on Windows 98).

This is not a desktop background you'd expect from me every day! And yes, it's still as cluttered as ever.

From Dailymotion's FAQ (in French) (note that this is a question asking why one can't select the Creative Content option on a video, but it's of relevance): "The [...] video must be shorter than 60 minutes and less than 2 GB big." As far as I know, everyone having a standard Dailymotion account can now upload 60 minute long videos now... but I don't think that someone with a standard account can upload HD videos to Dailymotion.

Cluttered mess incoming! Desktop objectives: *Contains way too many shortcuts *Contains Mario *Contains some random crap *Has a crappy resolution (1366x768) *Doesn't color a dinosaur On another note, I think we had such a topic before.

Edit: It desyncs on me after the giant portrait in Block 1. It's obviously not registering a jump as you do a ducking whip instead of a downward jumping whip attack.
Are you using the correct BIOS (scph1001.bin)? If so, did you set the sound mode to "2: Synchronous (tas safe, buffering glitches)" (or "1: Dual SPU (tas safe, slight glitches [default])", except the sound quality is bleh)? Since the run synced for me (on svn662 and svn715), I can say that the run is well executed. I especially liked the fight against the third boss (the Necromancer, according to this site). Yes vote. Furthermore, I'm encoding it to SD.

http://www.thespeedgamers.com TheSpeedGamers are going to do a Retro Pokethon at 6 PM CST (7 PM EST, 12 AM UTC). They are going to attempt at catching all the Pokémon from generations I and II for the ALS Association (Lou Gehrig's Disease) (website: http://www.alsa.org/). TheSpeedGamers have been streaming video game marathons for over a year to raise money for various charities. In total they have raised over $250,000 dollars and played 21 marathons. They have raised over $57,000 in their week long Mario Marathon, and have made multiple news appearances. This upcoming marathon will be for the ALS Association, which encourages scientific research to find a cure for ALS, heightens awareness of the nature of the disease, stimulates volunteerism and activism, and increases awareness of government leaders to encourage support of research and patient care. During the marathon we will have multiple contests to win various prizes. Some are contributed by TheSpeedGamers' gracious community members. Thank you!

OK, my encode has been uploaded: http://rapidshare.com/files/449160777/supercastlevania4-tas-phil_genisto.mkv (I deeply apologise that it's on Rapidshare, because Mediafire just wouldn't cooperate with me, so be really freaking patient while downloading the encode) As for future episodes of 88mph: How about some GB(C) games, such as Super Mario Land or Super Mario Land 2? They're really good runs, in my opinion.

OK, I'll reencode that one. Just for you, I'll make a special "88mph" logo. About the webcast (since I can speak French): I really like it. Heck, I even watched all episodes.

http://www.thespeedgamers.com TheSpeedGamers are currently doing a Kingdom Hearts marathon, which lasts until Monday, 20th December 2010 at 6 PM CST (7 PM EST). They are playing through a lot of the Kingdom Hearts games while raising money for the Best Friends Animal Society (http://www.bestfriends.org/). TheSpeedGamers have been streaming video game marathons for over a year to raise money for various charities. In total they have raised over $240,000 dollars and played 20 marathons. They have raised over $57,000 in their week long Mario Marathon, and have made multiple news appearances. This upcoming marathon will be for Best Friends Animal Society. This charity aims to lower the amount of animals killed in shelters per year, and they accomplish this by providing a home for animals as well as maintaining a network for which people can adopt animals easily. During the marathon we will have multiple contests to win various prizes. Some are contributed by TheSpeedGamers' gracious community members. Thank you!

Encode is up on Archive.org (yes, didn't bother uploading it to Mediafire because this run will surely get accepted): Link As for the run itself: Well, at first I thought it was going to be yet another standard Rockman run, but that quickly changed after Ice Man's stage. The game is no more but a glitchy mess past that point. Congratulations... but seriously, what the hell did I watch? Yes Vote.

Let's see me play something? No, let's see me fail something! http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/19427917/Castlevania%20-%20The%20Adventure.vbm This shows me failing at Castlevania: The Adventure. ROM used: Konami GB Collection Vol.1 (E) [C][!] Emulator used: VBA-rr V22 The reason why I used this ROM is because CVA is less laggy in there than in the original GB version. I game over'd at Stage 3. EDIT: Dailymotion upload: Link to video EDIT 2: Mediafire upload: http://www.mediafire.com/?cyd93ihhyall3p6

Once again, you made a very hard game look easy. I'm saying that because I've played the game on a real GBC. Yes vote and encode is up on Mediafire: http://www.mediafire.com/?i78y30dwjmm3u17
