As I already said in the topic for this game, this TAS is amazing. Impossible joke difficulties are great for TASes. I vote YES, of course.
Well, it depends on what game... ;P

You should use the vidoe tag instead for youtube encodes: Link to video

I just realized one of the branch says "Best ending". Is that the fastest ending? Also, how does the endings for this game get triggered?

Wait, if this is the fastest, then the "glitch" shouldn't be included as a branch. Anyways, yes vote. Given how there's 79 floors in total and the character's somewhat slow pacing, this is probably preferable than a "glitchless" version.

That's a quite good achievement in text-to-speech technology, but you can still hear something not completely natural about it, and it's a bit bothering. I don't know how it's with other people, but personally I just can't stand listening to text-to-speech audio. It's jarring and annoying. Whenever I start watching a youtube video that has speech made like that, I usually can't watch it. It's the uncanny valley of speech. That particular sample is not nearly as bad as the more common ones, but you can still hear it...
Well, if the commentary is going for a comedic route, I suppose a text-to-speech audio can potentially work, but it takes a good comedian/writer to get that right.

Everything is theoretically fixable, but developers are needed. I spend most of my free time currently rewriting everything regarding window-management as it (while working pretty good for most games) has serious issues with coordinates that cannot be fixed in the current implementation. The coordinates problem is the major thing holding mouse support back right now.
What's in the current code that makes mouse coords incompatible? :o

Looking at the votes one could think this is indeed a Vault case. But please read the thread and see how amused were those who voted yes.
I understand the amusement for viewers who've played this game, but since I've never even heard of this game until now, I found it only somewhat amusing the first time he performs a seppuku, and then annoyance after I realize that's pretty much the only thing the TAS shows other than loading screens and guy holding his stomach at the end. :P

Well, I don't have a TAS of that game in particular, but.... It's actually quite lackluster imo.

Wouldn't this make the TAS fixed length? That makes it pretty much impossible to improve it.

Doesn't in-game time pause whenever someone dies? But the fight is still ongoing. So your claim that 'three quarters of the TAS is loading screens' is wrong.
Yes it does, when a round is done, the final hit which was dealt stops the timer... Also he's forgetting the very start of the run which is changing difficulty and selecting character.
Well, you aren't exactly "fighting" during the times the opponent falls to the ground since you're busy clenching your stomach. Also, I'm not sure if changing difficulty/Character selection in a fighting game can be considered "gameplay".

No vote. It was tedious and pretty much exemplifies why fighting games that aim for pure speed often don't translate well to entertainment.

I heard though that the Coin Case glitch doesn't work on J versions. Can anyone confirm this?
Correct. http://forums.glitchcity.info/index.php?topic=6716.0 The whole thing only happens since a translation error causes the Coin Case's text box to be improperly terminated.
Huh. Well, in that case, does the coin case glitch work at all in Crystal? If so, then I guess a "glitchless" version should use the japanese along with whatever version that wasn't taken for the glitched.

I've noticed you gain points every time you move. I wonder what the highest score would be if instead of standing in place, you moved back and forth during the waiting periods to rack up points? :P Entertainment-wise, this was....meh. I'm leaning towards no, but it's Coleco, so I can't really expect many games to be action-filled.

Also I noticed when playing keylie's recording, dolphin said that the game's checksum doesn't match. What is this supposed to mean?
Is there a different version of this game? What's the name of your iso and checksum?

Yes try to play this schlock fest and you get a link to other apps judiciously placed at the right fire button. Its insufferable. Whoever did this is a major whole. You blow.
I like the game, but the ads are making me furious!
Well, that gives me a good reason not to buy it... To lift the mood a bit, here, have a ferret.

As for an improved Silver/Crystal run, they would be too similar to FractalFusion's Gold.
That would be the "glitch-free" version, wouldn't it? Since the previous posts seems to say the coin trick only works for gold. :o

Wait....this only works for gold? Does that mean an improvement for [564] GBC Pokémon: Gold Version by FractalFusion in 2:54:27.15 should be done in Silver/Crystal?
