Yeah, it's faster that way. But you cannot stack the damage with fireballs... :T But it really doesn't matter if you attack while casting with the boy... or something like that

Does Cane have any potential used as a weapon? And I think the big bomb appears in the bombshop after you clear dungeons 5 and 6 ? So perhaps they'll become a priority? 1 4 2 6 5 3 7 ? o.o' (or 1 4 5 6 2 3 7...) if you don't need hookshot in dungeon 5..

I know that, but I always go Ice Dungeon last... err, before going to the Turtle Rock of course. So I have the cane always with me by then.

It's faster to get the tempered sword first. I always go with 1 4 2 6 3 5 7 first to get the sword. Then hookshot to make things easier (and faster). But I'm not sure which dungeons you must first complete to get the Golden Sword. I get it before going to Turtle Rock. But 1 4 6 2 3 5 7 is possible too with that crash-jump thing over the chasm in the Mire, but does the cane make other dungeons faster? I don't think so.

Whew, a quick walkthrough of Pokemon game would be nice. Minimum levelupping and optimized moves to OHKOs. Also that Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge run would be nice to see. I know it's a bit of a sluggish game, but it has an excellent soundtrack. Also one skateboarding game comes to mind.. it had bosses and something like that. Can't really remember the name right now :T

that Forest Fortress battle was MEAN. It always took me 2 passes when I played on a console. You think you're gonna do a one pass fight with Minks too ? :D Actually it's quite easy of you focus on the cannons... but perhaps by destroying the bridge? What's your route through the stages? My route is always: Base -> Ground Carrier -> Forest Fortress -> Enemy Airforce -> Enemy Airforce 2 (the 3 'lil stealths) -> Seavet -> Minks -> Canyon -> *this point I get money for eighter of the planes with Gunpod or if I played with the first plane here I usally get it without doing any moneyruns to Convoys* -> Mountain Base -> Last Base I hate the boss at Mountain Base, even with slowdown I managed to get hit because of those Flamethrower-cannons

I had about 30 or so games way back in the early 90s/late 80s. Then I sold my NES and all the games away for SNES. I had the usual stuff like Marios and Turtles and so on. nothing special. Oh yeah, Final Fantasy 1 too :D I never finished it because my english sucked when I was like 8-10 years old.

I have no problems with that. I think it's better if there's no slowdown. Just kill em in an entertaining way ;)

If you do not jump to save time It's automaticly slower than the fastest version there is up to date.. I think? Gotta watch this when I get back from work.. And nowadays it's proven that backflipping is the fastest way to move around.. so I think there's a lot to improve.

Yey! Now I just wait for someone to do a Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge run... absolutely the BEST music in any Castlevania-game up to date ^^ Or perhaps I'll try to make one someday.

Go for it ^^ There's a good arcade platform like this too. I think it was called ...err... Night something. You light up zombies/mummies ect. with a lantern and then roll the burning corpse down the hill which knocks down other undead stuff. I liked it very much. Excellent music too.

For me the best planes would be. Crusader -> Tomcat -> Stealth Tomcat has most speed and nice air to air weapons. Would look nice. Other good choise would be Thunderbolt ... own all the airborne enemies with some air to ground stuff :)

Okay, I just watched your WIP run and ... I was NOT impressed with Lair of Kharyon.. I just shot the water dragon and the switch at the same time and got a magic vial from the dragon. then killed the boss with 4 Star Fires :T And other thing: Why did'nt you use the secret way in Temple Infernus. it's WAY faster than what you used...

Well, I get a desynch whatever version I'm using with Skyblazer :/ Evil nasty thing, spawn of leather, destroyer of ardor... I haven't watched the movie but what's the play time after Lair Of Kharyon? (I guess the water-thing is about this place.)

You could post a movie of a clitch I found some years ago ... It happened when I was levelupping magic in Ice Country. I was just hammering nonstop Sabres to the sprite (I controlled the boy and accessed the magic window to the girl and just kept on casting sabres. Then I ran out of magic and used a walnut at the same time when sabre was casted AND sprite did a attack magic to an enemy. The games light/darkness went haywire, it stayed the same darkness what happens when you cast Freeze. Oh well.. I saved and quitted. When I continued the same game next day I noticed hero did only half the damage with his weapon than he did yesterday O.o He was at level 80 something and did over 400 damage with normal attacks. After that clitch he only did about 250. I don't remember what my stats were before clitch... When I started a new game I did 250 with my hero around level 50 or so. Grrr. Nasty stuff.

Yeah. I did make some errors at first boss. I should've turned the gun barrel down earlier and I missed one shot X.x. And the blocking: well.. the machine gun was LOADING at the time I was blocking so it doesn't really make a difference there. :) I just emptied my clip and then blocked the shots and continued shooting when clip was full again. The arm already pointing downwards would have given me few frames or so. Because you cannot hit bosses when they are OUT OF SCREEN. :) And the missed shot was about 0.02 secs loss of time.
