For the SDW run, are you thinking of doing a all exit run or a 15 exit run? Im currently doing a 15 exit run and jimsfriend is doing a all exit.

You know, I hate to do this, but is it so hard to get such a simple name as Rikku correct? That's like the 4th time you've messed up the name.
LOL.

if it takes too long downloading the avi version, just download emulator and smv, then play it
If this statement was true, it would mean that the only improvement would have come from the flying through doors trick, since this is the only technique that has been discovered between JXQ's old run and this one. Reading the submission text, this is obviously not the case.
Oh, I see :).

Did anyone find out how to double yellow blocks? I was playing in console and i doubled it, I did a smv showing it in yi2 :) http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/2870/duble%20yblocks%21.smv
It's the same method used for doubling other blocks, like ? boxes or those ON/OFF boxes in Donut Plains 3. Still it's nice to see that it's possible (hasn't been tested before as far as I know), and who knows maybe a yellow block doubling or two might find its way into the 96 exit run :)
Anything's possible I guess hehe

I think he meant that with such little knowledge we had in the game when it was first speedruned we thought the runs were perfect :) like i thought viper7's run was perfect :D

This might actually be a great idea, I mean for people who never played the game before , having couple of screenshots of the awesomeness in the video will actually persuade the person to watch it.

I was actually starting a small only minimalist run. I was wondering if it would be even worth submitting? I asked skamastaG for example and he said it will just be like the 86 or so run. I agree on this but I also think a minimalist run will be more obsoleted and beaten, and I thought this is a good way to start it off, what do you guys think? If it isn't worth submitting then it isn't worth even doing. So anyway heres a preview http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/2712/small%20only.smv Thanks, Mrz
