In chinese, "faq" is "攻略" or "秘籍". "play-through" is "流程" or "通关", it's similar to "faq". We usually use "金手指" for "cheat".
"tas", we use "tas", too. "rta" is "实战速通", but most persons can't add these tags.
If you want to find their movies, you should search the games' chinese name first.
How to find the chinese name? Search game system + "中英文对照表", e.g. "GBA中英文对照表".

We often use "fc" not "nes", and sega's chinese name 世嘉.
But warning, There are very few official chinese name, so sometime one game has the 2 or 3 unofficial chinese name... e.g. Mario, we use 马里奥, but the official name is 马力欧, and we allways use the wrong name "超级玛丽" for the nes game "Super Mario". Pokeman is means 口袋妖怪, but the official name is 精灵宝可梦, and 宠物小精灵 in hongkong, 神奇宝贝 in Taiwan. So if you want to watch the game, use 口袋妖怪. If you want to watch the anime, use 宠物小精灵 or 神奇宝贝.
And I have no idea about windows and flash game.
