Photoshop was open so I did it for you, is this what you want? I opened one image and put the other one on a new layer on top of it, with 50% transparency. Result

Doing 1 million points in frostbite without losing a single life is extreeeemely unlikely, considering you get 1 or 2 lives each round and the cap is 9, the game was designed so you lose some lives now and then even early on. At the insane speeds and seemingly random crab and shell AI, I doubt someone can do this. Also, it looks totally emulated. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmMoZcHDsYo&feature=related The user has several atari 2600 videos upload with "perfect" runs (finishing without losing a single life, but lots of missed shots).

Inzult: I'm pretty sure it loaded for you, that is just it, the controller and some sounds on the buttons. Was it too obvious? How much of the game have you played? Bag of Magic Food: Had never noticed it before. I don't recognize it and nothing on the web says what it is. It does sounds like something that was released by big companies during the NES era, which is intriguing. Dada/Patashu: I'll try dropbox and see how it goes, thanks. edit: ok, dropbox is great, I'll surely start using it, but it doesn't work as free website hosting. Ok, I guess it does work, how about that? http://dl.dropbox.com/u/26330550/audioquiz_v02.html

I have no idea. Also, Angelfire? Seriously?
I'm open to suggestions heh... The two things I like about it: 1 - I already have the account. 2 - I can use the ftp on windows explorer. What's stupid about it: 1 - 15 mb space 2 - banner

I've created a quiz on a NES focused forum, and people are having way more trouble than I thought they'd have with finding out the answer. I'm puzzled, is it really that hard or did they not play this game? Help me find out. I've added one extra hint on the select button. Try to guess without pressing it. The start button should give it away to anyone who has played the game, or so I assume. http://www.angelfire.com/ex/uobt/audioquiz/audioquiz_v02.html There's another hint, if you press BABABA quickly and consistently you get part of another song in the game. So, is it obvious? Is it hard?

Hahaha boa :) Bom, estarei sempre visitando o fórum aqui, quem quiser criar um tópico sobre um jogo que esteja trabalhando, é só criar. Tem bastante brasileiro aqui no forum, acho que será produtivo.

I vote meh until someone uses fixed camera angles (and use them well).

Super Mario 64 tasers should consider enabling stationary cameras for more entertainment value then, since it costs only a couple of frames.

It's ok, the important thing now is that you start working on something and post WIPs / discuss ideas. Also, why do you need the emulator source code?

Yes, some people are already hosting the file. I think it is better to wait a couple of days and see what SEGA really wants.

I think there are "better" things than saving one person's life. I know, you would want to save some lives that are close to you, but in the end it would be better to do bigger things that have a wider impact on everyone on the planet.

Ok that is total derailing the topic, but if you're following jesus' teachings just to get your ass out of hell you're doing it wrong.

Actually, seeing differently is an enough efficient asset to achieve gameplay that just wouldn't be the same (or perhaps wouldn't even work at all) in a pure 2D display. Imagine a game where you have this little room box thing where you decorate it as if it were real. It would feel completely mundane in 2d display, but in a sandbox that is the 3ds screen it feels much more like a convincing boxed environment. As for not working at all in 2D, from the top of my head I can think of a flat color that has depth information that can form images just by that.

I only play my NDS indoors anyway, it would be crazy to play a portable system like that regularly on the streets of Rio. So I couldn't care less for the battery's life... As for the 3D effect it is a major selling point for me. Even when I know that again most developers will completely ignore the new system's uniqueness and use it as a gimmick instead of making it truly a part of the gameplay.

I wish I had super street fighter IV in the palm of my hands (iphone version doesn't count). That is the main reason for me to get one right now.

Dehacked once made me a batch file with some parameters for encoding and it helped me a lot. I'm gonna grab this precious script and I'm sure others will too. And count me in the list of people waiting for your package to be released.

I'm still pondering if it is a TAS or not, it sure stands in the blurry line of what the tool in TAS is.

Unfortunately, if it wasn't played in front of a trustworthy judge, it can't be 100% verified. Even then the player could be on some sort of steroids, is that verified too? Just want to make it clear that I wish I could 100% trust that SDA videos are legit. I would even like to participate, but it's not only discouraging to know the legitimacy can't be assured (I always knew this), it's also hard to participate with all the video sending trouble. And then the website says otherwise. I just prefer to stay away.
