I loved when you moved back and forth when waiting for Natalia on the hilarious wait scene with those guards coming from the stairs, and I'm sure she loved it too. :)

Man, I screwed up, nanites cost too much. 1 mil metal! I should have invested on mines, since comp tech won't help me to leisurely get resources... Oh well.

What about battletoads bike? That must win if you're double tap moving to the right during the end of the level.

I'm going to work now and I'll watch this there, I don't care what co-workers will say. Quote for the publishing text! "You seem to know your way around here, James. Have you been here before?" This movie is funny indeed, just look at the item usage on "Surface 2". That was awesome!

It looks menacing nevertheless :P My Wii is now an OGame machine with the occasional rented Wii title and Virtual console buy. It's strange how this game can pull a RTS fan in. edit: Now I've passed the 5k points barrier (after 22 days playing). The real game begins... edit#2: I got hyperspace drive level 4 now (I can make battleships). Also have robotics factory level 10 and computer technologies level 8 (I WANT those nanites!), but it requires massive deuterium to research computer technologies further, so I'm developing deuterium synthetizers on all my colonies. Btw, got 7300+ points now. edit#3: the deut synth on the colonies strategy wasn't enough, so I traded with allies and neighbors so I got comp tech level 9 now and I'm almost with enough resources for level 10. Finally! :D

Baxter, don't forget to mention that multiball means 10 balls (right?) on arkanoid 2. If people enjoyed 3...

It is the only practical way of doing it. Discussing, wips, discussing, wips, memory addresses, discuss.

Dear Bisqwit, Are you familiar with the Spiritism phylosophy? If yes, what are your ideas about it? "...as a Science, Spiritism is in search of the truth of our spiritual nature, not biased by one person/prophet opinion only."

There actually isn't an all emeralds cheat in S3K, but if you activate debug, this is rendered moot by the fact that you can place monitors that turn you hyper and give 50 rings wherever you want.
Doing that would be lame. And fun.

Indeed it isn't clear wording, it took me some time to understand what what this self-explanatory name was all about. I think it's cool to do something like this, if people are well reminded that it isn't a competition to see who's the best taser (so they don't hide their best tricks). People must be willing to collectively produce the best movie possible. It could be very interesting for a complicated game.

I think this is the first time we see a submission made by 4 authors.
There was of course the gb Super Mario Land 2 submission, but Randil decided to consider his work on it insignificant (which is higly debatable), so it was edited down to 3 authors, but initially it was as 4.

I've read on some random googled forum's posts from 2006 that people got planets this big already back then.

hehe :) I have 3700+ points now, after 21 days playing. I need those nanites... edit: wow, I just got a 324 fields big planet. It seems to be the biggest possible planet size. Also, it has 60° max temp.

I'd have preferred if the author used the title screen glitch twice, as I suggested earlier (the title screen has 2 versions of glitchy palette, and it would cost an extra 2 frames), but this is very good already. Yes vote.

That was a Wii 51-states-not-taught-on-brazilian-first-grades-or-any-grades-whatever. I might get a junk laptop in two months if luck strikes my pockets.

United States (51 states) of America (the continent). I don't care what "americans" say, I'll never agree with calling USA "America". There are 3 Americas, and they are all continents. North, Central and South. The big land mass is The Americas.

Yes most games are quite easy to manipulate by trial and error on each section separatelly. But manipulating luck on other games won't be as simple. Take Yo! Noid for example. Manipulating luck on this game is complicated, because what you do on the first level has consequences throughout the whole game, since the manipulation is based on score/time/bonus acquired. So creating the best manipulation requires a lot of testing, creating various movies that finish the game in fast time for a good material to work on. The only way to find out is trying, and you have to have fun while doing it, or else you won't get far. The result doesn't matter (for the process) as long as you're having fun with the discoveries.

I saw one scene from it on youtube, I thought it was a little exagerated at first, but then I realized that it wasn't. I gotta watch it soon.
