It seems the non tool-assisted run is pretty good... only 20 secs slower.

When encoding with virtualdub I actually get horrible quality with this codec, at least at high speeds the video gets totally blurred at 500kbps. I was encoding a sonic movie and when I compared to quietust video for example, there appears to be a dramatic difference in quality when encoding with mencoder. I'd like to try mencoder but I don't get it working..

Hi :) http://www.myfilehut.com/userfiles/nfq/Ristar%20-%20Bonus%20Stages%20by%20NFQ.zip This is not a run of the whole game but only the 12 bonus stages which are activated with the password DOFEEL. Here's an overview of the times, the ones in parentheses are the SEGA RECORDS. Isn't anyone interrested in trying this? This is my first tool-assisted run, so I'm sure someone else can do it better!
