Is it just me, or does the audio during the final boss (forms 1 and 2) sort of lag behind?
I hear gunfire during the defeated/explosion cinematics, when the players are clearly just chilling.
So I am a noob to TAS'ing and I have been planning (and trying) a video for a while now. What I would like to do is a "No Damage" "Mega-Buster Only" Run of MegaMan 3(Rockman... its whatever).
It is completely possible to beat this entire game without getting hit, using only the mega-buster (and rush) up until you get to sparkmans stage for the MegaMan 2 bosses. The First ladder has a "Robot Spider" on it and I cant really seem to find a way to pass it without using a sub-weapon or getting hit.
Any Ideas? thanks
For that ladder enemy (and Gamma's two forms), you will probably have to bend your criteria to "uses no weapons, unless absolutely neccessary".
Sort of like in Megaman 9, where certain obstacles (blocks that can only be destroyed with Trident, laser that can only be blocked by Concrete) require mandatory special weapon usage.
That being said, unless you find some glitch that makes the buster uber-powerful or removes boss invincibility periods entirely (like Commando Man in MM10 or X3's Crush Crawfish), it probably won't be very entertaining to watch.
MMV - Lag Room of Hell and room after that done, 751 frames ahead. Also updates RAM Watch slightly (y sub). Also, the next room's enemy is really annoying.
Which stage is this "Lag Room of Hell" referring to?
Are Colonel and Storm Owl the only bosses susceptible to multi-hits from the Nova Strike?
Yes vote, by the way. My favorite WTF moment was the spike walls not killing you in the final battle.
Do they lose their instant kill properties that early?
There should probably be a note in the publication text about the final in-game timer (20:04).
On a related note, I guess there won't be another encode which includes extra button presses after the credits to scroll through the achievements (ie "Mr. Perfect")?
Also, didn't there use to be a "Takes no damage" tag category?
Well, I'm curious to see if there was a legitimate reason to have voted "no".
For example, if there was a major time saver (known at the time this run was being made) which was not used in the run.
Or if the mystery voter felt the time spent in the shop to buy the single Shock Guard/Beat Call (used in Blade Man stage) was not worth the real-time/ingame-time tradeoff.
These sorts of possibilities.
The scammers only need to be smarter than their victims.
The fact that anybody even falls for these scams says alot about the correlation between greed and gullibility/naivety.

What time do you estimate you could get in Time Attack mode for Wily 1, if you didn't have to worry about refills and weapon energy management optimization?
arkiandruski's TAS was on Expert mode (the hardest difficulty) and had a time of 35:29 (35:28.92).
Your submission is on Hard difficulty, and has a time of 35:41 (35:40.9), which is slower despite being on a lower difficulty.
Regardless of the 1P vs 2P differences, that alone is enough to give this movie a no vote.
In addition, I am having trouble understanding some of your objectives.
"Sometimes, it is done launch to defeat fast the bosses."
What does that mean? Are you saying you sometimes take damage to save time when fighting bosses?
Do all attacks (excluding the bomb/summon) do the same amount of damage, before and after getting the saber powerup? Or are the values different in each case?
Jump Kick, Screw Attack, Saber Slash
