Hell yes. More glitchage and skipping is always a bonus in one of my favourite runs. Just for kicks, here are the latest TSC records and how favourably this run compares to them:<p><table class="wikitable" border="1"><tbody><tr><th>Stage</th><th>TSC</th><th>This run</th><th>Difference</th></tr><tr><td>Neo Green Hill 1</td><td>0:23.97</td><td>0:12.67</td><td>0:11.30</td></tr> <tr><td>Neo Green Hill 2</td><td>0:43.23</td><td>0:29.15</td><td>0:14.08</td></tr> <tr><td>Secret Base 1</td><td>0:39.87</td><td>0:19.03</td><td>0:20.84</td></tr> <tr><td>Secret Base 2</td><td>1:05.78</td><td>0:32.02</td><td>0:33.76</td></tr> <tr><td>Casino Paradise 1</td><td>0:37.73</td><td>0:13.95</td><td>0:23.78</td></tr> <tr><td>Casino Paradise 2</td><td>0:53.92</td><td>0:34.25</td><td>0:19.67</td></tr> <tr><td>Ice Mountain 1</td><td>0:44.55</td><td>0:10.43</td><td>0:34.12</td></tr><tr><td>Ice Mountain 2</td><td>1:05.22</td><td>0:42.37</td><td>0:22.85</td></tr><tr><td>Angel Island 1</td><td>0:57.45</td><td>0:13.58</td><td>0:43.87</td></tr><tr><td>Angel Island 2</td><td>1:19.78</td><td>0:36.53</td><td>0:43.25</td></tr><tr><td>Egg Rocket</td><td>2:50.98</td><td>0:52.71</td><td>1:58.27</td></tr> <tr><td>Cosmic Angel</td><td>1:16.45</td><td>0:35.68</td><td>0:40.77</td></tr> <tr><td>X-Zone</td><td>0:48.75</td><td>0:43.13</td><td>0:05.62</td></tr> <tr><td>Total</td><td>13:39.95</td><td>6:16.04</td><td>7:23.91</td></tr> </tbody></table></p>

So, something like [wiki ListAllMovies]this[/wiki], but sorted first by platform?

I am site staff. I am annoyed by mass cross-posting and by annoying other respected members of the community by means of mass PM. Think carefully before trying that again, lest you risk my wrath and find yourself formally unwelcome from here.

will be very difficult to make the subtitles bigger.
It's probably more a matter of the font you are using, but subtitles on 160x144 screens normally can be a bit difficult to read.

to make the logo in black and white as is done?
That shouldn't be necessary (I use colour logos on GB encodes frequently).

See [submission 2169]this submission[/submission], showing lower times on some levels. End of story. EDIT: See also [post 191368]this list of much better times[/post].

Oh. I thought you meant "subtitles" as in "explanations about what exactly is going on in this movie."
I would have called that "commentary". :)

What subtitles are you guys talking about?
See here - encodes are required to have subtitles with certain information about the movie.

Wait for it. (The front page is cached and takes a few minutes to refresh itself.)

In short, downloading the encode and playing it back locally will work better. archive.org has been known to have problems when deriving the encodes it uses for streaming (many of our normal encoders will create an entirely separate encode for archive.org to use for this purpose).

Otherwise, your encode looks good!
No, it doesn't - as I mentioned before there are no subtitles. Other than that, though, it does look acceptable.

mmarks, can you upload your encode to Mediafire or somewhere similar? I would like to inspect it. (The audio lag you're experiencing is a result of using duplicate frame removal in the encoding process, which is good for viewing the file directly but not for uploading to YouTube). Also, I did not see any subtitles in the encode - are they there?

Wario Land is one of those games which I played extensively in my younger days, and I have been eagerly awaiting any run of it. I have seen this now and it is awesome. Yes vote, and http://www.mediafire.com/?efo10dddfk10n84

Merged thread into previous thread on game, so you can get some context. EDIT: It looks like ISM's TAS is fairly recent (even though I can't watch it here). There'd probably be interest in seeing a TAS of the game submitted. EDIT2: I figured out how to watch that TAS from here, and it is awesome. We must see a version of this submitted!

Except that MIPS doesn't appear in this run.

It's probably just Flowplayer - it has been known to have issues with our standard encoding techniques (usually in relation to duplicate frame removal). archive.org will generate its _512kb encodes after a while which will probably stream better (if sometimes looking worse).
