I love how you introduce new systems in BizHawk by creating a TAS to showcase it. Its an improvement over the previous submission, so yes vote.

by changing the audio, you could be speeding up the very beginning of the video (which is already in sync) while MAYBE fixing the ending or just somewhere in the middle. My main question was: is there settings on dolphin to make this easier(such as how it was in 4.0.2 -> where you just recorded and dumped both audio and video and merged the two, done!)..

So now that we dont have to use the old avsync revisions, i have been trying to fogure out proper video dumping. Video is the easiest part of everyone but audio always desyncs for me. Audio is almost always longer than my video files and starts out in sync then desyncs along the way. Have we found a way to fix this?
I think you have to put video to 59.94fps :P
The video would be even shorter than the audio dude. The video is 60fps already and the audio is longer than the video. The video starts out synced then something happens.

I would say continue on and just write down proper notes so that if when you finish and someone wants to improve it(maybe even after finishing, you could go back and improve), that it is an easier task to clean up due to the knowledge being readily available.

I've stopped using VLC, my audio cuts out every 10 seconds. MPC-HC works perfectly.
