Every time i try to open a game made with game maker, the game doesn't show the loading screen and it doesn't start. I'm running it on windows vista.

By the way, I can't get the movie file you posted to sync, but it looks like it desyncs because one of the jumps is simply missing, and it's weird because when I look in the movie file it says you press the jump button on that frame. So I'm looking for some stupid bug in Hourglass that could be causing this. If you were thinking about actually submitting this soon, maybe it would be problematic to submit it before that's ironed out. Also, I'm not sure what framerate should be used for this game. The encode you provided looked horribly choppy half of the time to me, and I wonder why you didn't use the in-game AVI capture (it doesn't work for this game on your computer?).
I have the same sync problem when I run hourglass normally. For not have this problem, i need to run hourglass as an administrator (i have windows vista) And for the encode, the second, I actually used the in-game AVI capture (I used the Xvid MPEG-4 codec with default settings)

Tryed another time, I can't beat this record. Every time I do this run i get an improvement in the first level, but or I lose some frames in the second level or I lose a lot of frames in the third. For now, I don't want to give up, but I don't know what to do. I watched the 1:55 TAS another time, and I can't see were i can do improvements. The 2 runs for me seem pretty much the same

Much better! Your run is almost as fast as the fastest run I found, and the wall-jumping you did on the last level was cooler. :D I, personally, think this is submittable. I would vote yes. It's short and sweet with many tricks for its length.
I would, but the problem is that I can't beat the other run. I tried yesterday another time and I saved 10 frames in the first level, but I lost about 100 in the third level.

Works for me (besides the sound/music, although they work too in this version). Can I see your hourglasslog file of when it fails? Also, if you're not using Windows XP, have you tried enabling the options in the DLL loading menu in addition to the app locale setting?
Now work, the problem was in the dll options, thanks!

EDIT I can't find a good version of this. Every time I download the second, when i open the exe it play the first without music. And doesn't open with hourglass
I don't know about the music in Syobon Action 2 (maybe not supported yet?) but this seems to be a good download, and it contains the levels from the first game too so it makes sense that you'd see them (you can skip them by pressing 5 at the title screen before pressing enter). And in Hourglass you can choose "Runtime > App Locale > Force Japanese locale" to allow the game to start up.
This version work (without the sounds and music), but doesn't start with hourglass even if I use those settings. I don't think is incompatible, because there is a TAS of this (if you have a nicovideo account, see the video in my post above)

It seems many strats were missing. I found a much faster TAS (01:57.10!) here: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm14799710
Well, in this case i prefer to to understand how these bugs work before retry the run. For now, I will try with syobon action 2. Before starting I searched on nicovideo a TAS and i found this. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm14918294 the video contain a faster version of the TAS of the first game and the TAS of the second. I will try to beat this EDIT I can't find a good version of this. Every time I download the second, when i open the exe it play the first without music. And doesn't open with hourglass

Nice improvement! At the end, is it possible to cut off the input earlier? I have a feeling 2:22.02 isn't the accurate length of the TAS, since the end music started playing long before your input ended.
You're right, the accurate lenght is 2:17.67. Still isn't enough, but thanks.

I have made an improvement over my previous run, but for now doesn't beat the other run. I want still to share it. http://www.mediafire.com/?wb26tcqn1it9r3c Unfortunately, not having the file wtf of nekosin run it's difficult to compare his run with my

Where's the .wtf file? Also, I'm pretty sure dumping avi with Hourglass works for this game. Also, there's a shorter run of this game (2:15.23; 867 rerecords) by "Nekosin" here: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm14743772. Replace "video.jp" with "zon.net" in that link to view it without a nicovideo account.
I don't had the time to upload it. Since there is a faster run, I will try if possible to beat it

Is it possible to TAS levels from super meat world, like Expert Remix?
I' don't think it is possible. Super meat world is online. I would try, but the steam version doesn't start in my computer with hourglass, and the cracked version doesn't have super meat world.

I tried, but when I open it, it closes without being able to do anything. Maybe it could work with a non-steam version ?

Super meat boy is a really hard platform game by 2 people. This game is for xbox 360 and windows. When windows TASing will be possible, I' m sure that I will TAS this game. Some video gameplay: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vDs--WMHn8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5Sq5HFdmqo&feature=related

Today I started again the TAS, with the lua script, but i have some problems with the zigzag boost. According to what pirohiko said:
walk velocity : 614400(32bit) walk and spin : 700000 masked walk : 819200 zigzag jump : 769471 , 784800 zigzag jumping spin : 876676 , 894140
Technically, I get this speed, but only for the xy axis, the total velocity remains like the normal walk or the walk and spin. I did the first level six time in a row, and i get every time a delay of about 100 frames, compared to my third run. I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but I can't improve it. I'll try a few more times and if I can't improve it, I will decide what to do.

Looking for little-known games for the SNES, I found this, and i made a little test run for it http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/170042058/Gunforce%20-%20Battle%20Fire%20Engulfed%20Terror%20Island%20%28U%29.smv (used the 1.51 v6 of the snes9x) Personally, I think that a simple run for this game isn't enough, but I would like your opinion. The movie is 9 minutes long and show only the completion of the game. If I have time tomorrow I will make an encode.
