Indeed, Bizhawk is more accurate than PCEjin, for Mednafen core emulation, it's for it than your input file cause desync and in my opinion, for these reason, you can only read this TAS on PCEjin and not on Bizhawk... I go search to read this submition and will say you how to make this. Don't be sorry, it's normal to help and you don't disturb me, "uses help to save time" lol. Arrrg!!!...Indeed, it's impossible! I have try with PCEjin-SVN209, 194 an more, but impossible to run CD-ROM, I check BIOS and no problem when I play ".PCE" file! When I play .CUE and .ISO, emulator check .bin and returne this error message in debug console: ++ WARN: Init routine called more than once. ++ WARN: could not retrieve file info for `C:\Users\...\chi no rundo (j).bin': No such file or directory ++ WARN: init failed Error opening CD. I have impression than emulator, check and search an ".bin" then some you run a .CUE and .ISO! ( but i'm not an expert!!! ) When I change name .CUE to .PCE, the debuger return to the ROM CRC32 offset and ROM MD5 offset, but don't run! Checksum is good and BIOS run well! I'll send a private message to ADELIKAT... he have the best knowledge for find a solution!

Hé, hé, music is good and game is very good. I had started an run on GBA in extra difficulty, I used a cheat code for this, you gave me motivation for finish this later! At 9.40, i seen your character have more horizontal speed or is it simply attracted by the loading screen? Great job, funny yes vote!

Ok, i understand. I'm not an current user to PCEjin but i think find a solution for you in a quickly time... I download PCEjin for find how to play the games, it's shouldn't difficult, i think... Have you an error message when you try to read game? Maybe it's simply an fals BIOS probleme! I don't know! What's the game name? I'll come back quickly for give you an answer!

I make some research on N64 with the "RAM search" and it's not possible to search with "specific change" option, yet it's possible to watch this on the "ram watch" but in this case, it's not useful for make RAM address search! he work well in "RAM watch", can it do it in the "RAM search"? I use the last version of BizHawk.

Oh... Thanks... But I have to warn you: this is something insane. The only place where you can manipulate luck is in level 1, during the brief period in which you can use Crusher gun. Then you have to redo the locusts in level 3, and just hope that they make you gain enough frames; if not, repeat.
Ok, it's good for me. When I have finish my work, I try directly with your file and send you a message for warn you i'm ready to start this . Thank you & have a nice day.

Just out of curiosity, I've done a quick check if I could save some subpixels in level 1... turns out I saved 2. Then the boss died 5 frames faster. User movie #39779455533968551 (see below) But I'm not going to redo the run unless someone will want to help me with the most technical stuff. The fact is that in the movie I submitted, I got a lot of luck with loading times and frame rules, and redoing the run could even result slower in the end. Edit: So. I've resynced level 2 without huge issues, but on level 3 the problems started to pop out. The first mid-boss in level 3 died 3 frames later, due to bad RNG with the locusts. The RNG started to change when I used the first Smart Bomb in level 2, so it's just as I thought: I got really lucky with RNG in my submitted run and it's going to require some serious efforts to break it. By the way, here is the movie of the resynced attempt: User movie #39800672183089620
Yeah, for me 1 frame is nothing, but 5 frames is more interesting! For instant, i'm occupied on N64 game, but when I'll have finish this job, I want well to do tries for help you, if you allow me to join you! I love manipulate luck, then why not!

I don't understand, you uses luck manipulation for optimised and obtain ultra damages? Because you uses sometimes a pause menu before the fight! Hard difficulty for easy victories! Yes, vote for manipulation and the critical damages.

If i understand well, you search to reading a .mc2 file on Bizhawk, But emuHawk don't work for it, then you search to convert your .mc2 to .bk2! I think it's not possible, but I'm not sure... You cannot simply copy and paste your inputs of .mc2 file to .bk2!?! What's emulator you played for create this .mc2? Wait a moment, I'm sure than an competent personne have a solution for your problem!

I believe mednafen has Saturn emulation now and is better than that of Yabause. Mednafen is the current playstation core in Bizhawk, it wouldn't be a stretch to see a mednafen Saturn core in Bizhawk at some point.

That's fine Yabause is being phased out of BizHawk anyways. Don't TAS Saturn until Yabause is killed off.

Hi, It's totally impossible to TASing with Bizhawk on Yabause core! WTF, enemies comportement change, desynchronisation to loading screen, add lag input, corruption save state... I work actually on Shinobi X since some months and had some little problems but always successful to make a correction for continue... Now, it's impossible, I have remade 3 times the boss, 2 times one part of this stage and nothing good. I checked this on Yabause-rr and have not those problems! You notified Yabause emulator is deprecated, after multiple vérifications ( i made 2 levels on Yabause), it have not all of these problems!!! For me Yabauze-rr is more accurate than Bizhawk for Sega Saturn emulation! Watch this video: https://youtu.be/JyoqGo8l_rA Just for you understand the problem. It's an record to my inputs, if you are septic, I can give you my input file for check this. Time Loss with more 26000 re-records, for to understand than it's simply impossible to TASing with this! Why Yabause is it deprecated then as Bizhawk is more bad?

Some of my runs (that I never posted a WIP on this site), I really did on a single file. I'm a good TASer heheheh Also, both Synahel's published runs is a short record time, and the rerecord count is much more lower than my rerecord count. So, this rerecord is lower, but very high for this game.
Ho, I believe you! Maybe I don't express me correctly and it's a problem! I wanna just joke and congratulate you, nothing else... I have not watch Synahel's run for doing comparison, but I asked you for the re-record count just because i'm curious, I know it's not very useful for said it's entertaining or not.

Well, I worked this run on a single file! Yesterday, I started and finished this run with 4400 rerecord approximately. But I took a chance to improve more floors, resulting on a lot of painful manipulation, resulting on a more 7800 rerecord approximately, and saving more 145 frames totally (I copied my run and reimproved inside of the same run).
I believed to be more long for optimised this run...I'm curious, are you an extra terrestrial ?! LoL Very motivated and great TASer, I'm sure! I repeat amazing run.

Wow, I'm impressed! I have tried this game 3 or 4 month earlier and honestly, I say you big congratulation because manipulate RNG for find the door directly and past to the next stage, is hard. I don't have did a lot of tries because i'm not familiar of this game and don't understood the goal! haha, I believed than the goal was search and destroy the boss in a spécific room... Nothing watched for uninformed viewers...But if you know the difficulty then Big yes vote is necéssary! You have very low re-record, have you worked on multiple files? Or it's normal due to low time?

Nice job! It's a poor game with a simple goal but this is linked to the old years. I remember a game on NES or SEGA who have a same goal but you need a ladder to save peoples, I don't remember the title, maybe it's the same game! You said it's repetitive but not long and I joint you for that. I don't know why i'm satisfy when I watch your run, maybe because you fly low and than enemies don't hit or he have 64 persons safe like the number of Commodore! Vote yes after watched this 3 times, in fact, I wanted vote meh but after reflection, I think than, in general, like with Atari's games, i have a problem for find entertainment due to poor game and goal for TASing, but it's my era and I loved play this old games.

Ok it's clearly more difficult, i made exactly 437 re-records just for won the first hole and stop my tries at hole n°2 with 752 re-records and the ball don't enter in the hole! It's true and I joint you when you say the ball stop every time at 1 pixel of the hole arggg! I have a great patience, then i find it's not very difficult to make tried intensive or repetitive, but I PRESENTE TO YOU MY EXCUSES, because it's some more difficult to make this job than i think.

I follow your work in general and find as it's very good... I hope don't injured you when I say that?! But I can't vote no and don't explain why, because i find it's impolite. Principal reasons for vote no are: I'm not entertained and game genre choice! Like i said and I repeat: your work is great and i know how many it's hard to create a LUA for obtain this result! Usually, if i have a doubt, I verifie directly on BIZHAWK with a numerous tries, I go immediatly on emulator, maybe than it's more difficult than I said. If it's right, then I will present My excuses for have said that!
