When someone eats something lesser, such as me eating the members of this site, you shouldn't lament over the lesser. You lament over the greater for their teeth, or kidneys, or liver, or other health issues.
Whether the horses are devoured or not is up to their superiors, Lions, Humans, TASers, Seventh Reich Members, and Sentient Machines. So if humans eat them, all we need to worry about is if it is a good idea for humans or not, or if it somehow affects the Sentient Machine takeover, or things like that.
