feos: Accepting for Moons.
This movie uses an alternate ROM version, because gens does not emulate Serial EEPROM used in Rockman Megaworld (J) [!].gen. It also needs a movie completing the 3 remake games in a row, in order to get the Wily Tower unlocked. The verification movie was uploaded here, instructions are present.

I was gonna chalk it up to NTSC/PAL differences, but then this is a (J) Rom apparently. I remember hearing some of the game's music online before, which also sounded off back then, so I have to guess that's the case.
It happens because of loading save states, the music is off in this movie because of a save state being loaded from the same game, but different version and/or movie. You can do it with any SEGA Genesis game

Fast and glitchy. Surprised at how little sound Mega Man makes while doing zip glitches. All for the better, I guess. The game itself is pretty bad, although Wily Tower at least presents something new.

I can publish it once I'm done with Super Metroid (5 more encodes). Also, the music will be okay after using my own savestate.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

It seemed like there was some bug in the music - all the PSG channels were off tune relative to all of the FM channels, but all FM channels were fine relative to each other. (All of the dissonant harmonies were between FM and PSG.)

As fast as this TAS is, I believe it can be faster in at least one area: I believe the start of Mega Water-S' stage could be improved upon. It seems extremely slow, and I'm pretty sure there's speedier ways through that area. Other parts of this TAS coule be improved upon, as well, I think. I'm not sure if it would be significant, though. Regardless, this still gets a post-publication Yes vote from me.
