When I do the HD stream option, I don't get anything in the output folder!
In that case the encode didn't finish and you had an error somewhere along the way.
I doubt anything in encode.avs would be wrong considering you got the primary encode to finish, so my next guesses would be a. you don't have an hd logo or b. you don't have TASEncodingPackage2.
If a, you can either make an hd logo or comment out the line which looks for the hd logo and uncomment the one before:
creaothceann gave you bad advice. On a custom encode fraps *might* not be too bad
As a last resort of course, I'd rather have a Fraps dump than no video at all.

Do you mean the script closed and made a file in output with no video, or there just isn't a temp file for video yet, or there is a temp file, but it shows nothing?

Yeah the script only made a video file with nothing in it and it didn't do that in the mkv encoder.

Phew! I managed to a get a good looking final encode. I used VirturalDub and managed to adjust the brightness and now it's looking like the normal dumps. I'll send the link to feos when it's up on YouTube.
Update: My video is not HD. So it can't be used as a final encode. So my problem is still not resolved.

I want to send it to my own channel but I can't because there is no data in the mkv file. It doesn't create a proper encode unlike the other options.

Ah ha! I finally figured out what the problem was now! I just did a small encode and I didn't save my hdlogo as a PNG in photoshop So now I have a valid PNG file, it seems to be working fine and is encoding frames as well now. I will make my own HD encode of the TAS. Yay!
