This is my second tas this game,I posted the first only in the forum, because I used the Cody and Guy, I found that with Haggar and Cody would be much better for it I decided to do with Haggar and Cody and really I was right, the only advantage the guy is that he moves fast, had only advantage to him in the second bonus which had a gain of 37 frames relative to Haggar, now in defeat enemies the Haggar It is much higher than the guy and it made much difference.
  • this tas tried to avoid the largest possible number of enemies especially the "Andore's elgado's axl's fatmans and poison's" because they are difficult enemies to defeat.
  • the bosses I prefer to use punches with Cody and Haggar and grab and throw down only when he is dying, because the chiefs take too long to get up, grab and throw down the bosses only have advantage with one player already with 2 beating simultaneously is much faster.
  • Note:For those who go to see in the emulator and is having problems desync, go to video settings, select blitter, and select the "enhanced"
  • Suggested screenshot: frame 27841

ars4326: Judging!
ars4326: Hi, CReTiNo. This was a good, fast-paced run. As stated in the submission text, I especially noticed how you saved time in certain parts by rushing past groups of enemies (and presumably letting them despawn, off-screen). It was also nice to read that you posted first in the forums and found a faster team combination with Cody and Haggar. Thread feedback was also favorable, expressing that this was a fun watch (and manly, too!).

The screenshot suggested was not accepted?

I consulted people and other staff members, and I consider the suggested one AWESOME, but unfortunately, too gross for a publication screenshot.
Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. I try to generalize them and turn into something clear and reusable. I hate depending on unpredictable and having to make lottery guesses. Any problem can be solved by systems thinking and acting.

My understanding is that a TAS should be made on the hardest difficulty, unless there is a good reason to do otherwise. What is your reason, CReTiNo?

To set DIP switches for this type of game, load a game and then adjust the DIP switch settings in the emulator menu. When the DIP switches are set as desired, either press F3 to reset the emulator, or exit and restart the emulator. It is recommended that you exit and restart the emulator, as this method immediately creates an INI file which stores the DIP switch settings. After the emulator has been restarted, the game can be loaded and played, or a recording can be made, with the new DIP switch settings already configured.

Just out of curiosity, is it was the first precedent when suggested screenshot was too awesome for publication? Or there were another such examples of censorship in earlier site history?
I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. Current projects: NES: Tetris "fastest 999999" (improvement, with r57shell) Genesis: Adventures of Batman & Robin (with Truncated); Pocahontas; Comix Zone (improvement); Mickey Mania (improvement); RoboCop versus The Terminator (improvement); Gargoyles (with feos)

This one too: Post #133804. All that thread was great. Bisqwit was very worried that TASers would start to submit many movies with "sex scenes" in them... And there was a funny screenshot where the bears were censored with black bars over them, but it seems that it was lost forever. :(
You're just fucking stupid, everyone hates you, sorry to tell you the truth. no one likes you, you're someone pretentious and TASes only to be on speed game, but don't have any hope, you won't get there.

This was a weird movie. The players jump backwards and constantly punch the air for no reason, leaving many opportunities for the enemies to hit them. Yet somehow their highly inefficient playing has inspired the computer to play even more inefficiently, and thus the 2 never get hit at all. 7/10

The punching in the air thing is actually a glitch. Where normally the characters can only a hit certain amount of attacks (3 or 4 usually) before they do a slow final attack that knocks down the opponent. If you let one punch hit then press the punch again shortly during the hit then hold the movement stick in the opposite direction you're facing. You punch the other way, and can start over the sequence.
