I don’t like to write much, but I had a lot of fun with this run. Sometimes I thought it wouldn’t be completed, because some things are very hard to do (eg, Tall Tall Mountain, Dire Dire Docks, etc), but finally it is done. I hope you enjoy this run.
People I’d like to thank (in no order)

1:39 is a good number. People wont be asking "Can you get sub-xxx?" as much. Yes vote, very well played.

1:38:59 is an even better number.

This run broke the 100-minute mark. Now...how long until Rikku beats AKA and Swordless Link's minimalist run? EDIT: @Tompa: I noticed that too. Good eye.

Won't take too long. There's an obvious improvement in the final bowser path. But I belive (hope) Aka and SwordlessLink are going to remake that part.

I've watched some of the WIPs so I don't want to watch those parts again but I can't get mupen to continue playback from a savestate, if I put in the movie and then load a savestate (from one of the WIPs) the movie doesn't play, Mario just stands around doing nothing and then the game is paused...

Be sure to have "Read Only" mode activated first. Or else you will rerecord from the position you load.

WILL BE VOTING "NO" IF THE MOVIE IS NOT FIXED! This move ends a few frames too early, I can easily stop Mario from getting the last star by pressing "Z." on several different frames. As for the rest of the movie, it was mostly a blast to watch. I didn't always agree with the camera angle choices and I felt that the swimming could have been better, especially in the earlier stages. However, levels like Hazy Maze Cave gave this movie the shock factor I was hoping for :) I do, however, feel that the new 16 star submission should get a star (not this one) and this one should be published (once the .m64 is made a few frames longer or Mario is forced to dive or something) to obsolete FODA's run.

I was surprised at how much time was saved over FODA's run... I thought this run was amazing, and I was never bored when watching it. I personally wasn't bothered by the camera switching or the unnecessary damage, but there were one or two things from FODA's run that I missed (such as the zoomed out camera during the penguin race). My favorite levels were Tick Tock Clock and Rainbow Ride, the former because of all the fast-paced wallkicking through the level, and the latter because of all the crazy leaps Mario takes, skipping big portions of the level. "Yahoo!" is probably the best way to describe this TAS. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this, so it gets a big yes vote from me.

Well, yeah. More pertinently, mupen64's "input termination bug" makes it record the full input, but a low input length count (so it stops playing early). If you look at prior SM64 submissions you'll see that judges/encoders usually change the byte or two needed to fix it and we all get on with our lives.

Legendary movie! An improvement upon one of my favorite runs on the site can only equal a yes vote +star.

I get to be the 50th yes vote! Anyone who votes Meh or No will be the 1st, and they shall burn in hell forever! I loved FODA's run - one of the few 1 hour+ runs I watched in one long segment. This was even better.

Very good run and high standard throughout, I checked the last battle and its the same frame count as the 16 star, although technically the method me+SL would have been quicker if it wasn't for the pause termination bug. Yes vote BTW

He thanked EVERY person who posted in the SM64 thread. I should make a run where I thank all the game developers in the submission text.
