1) This game does not differ significantly enough from this game.
2) Also this is clearly suboptimal playing. According to the Guidelines a TAS must beat all existing records yet there are claims of faster times than this unassisted.
Also, I fixed the ROM name.

Lorenzo, 1. This TAS submission you're discussing here is a failure, and an obvious one at that. No need to shower it with dirt even more. And implying superiority without contributing anything remotely constructive at the same time simply makes you a dick. 2. Don't fault people for things you are clearly guilty of yourself. While your criticisms might be valid per se, it makes you a hypocrite. 3. Stop making submissions that break both the rules and the guidelines. 4. Learn to socialize properly before it's too late. Don't pad your posts with passive aggression, anger, or other unhealthy attitude. No-one needs it here. That being said, you should probably do it elsewhere indeed.
