Discussion board rules are enforced where applicable (for example, asking for ROM links or providing them is not allowed).

No bots except TASVideoAgent and BisqBot.
No public automated messages of any other kind, including "now playing" scripts.

Operators

Channel operation is handled mostly by ChanServ of Freenode. We give operator permissions to a few trusted users on a need basis.
