Well, seems like I have a problem. I've been BOTing this game for the past year and just now realizing that my ROM could be rejected. So...I am opening up for a discussion on this to see if it could be accepted.

I tested both on BizHawk 2.9-rc2 up to frame 42204 and they both gave the same black frame just before a lag frame. So why would it be rejected? It might be at most delayed until BizHawk 2.9 because (@CasualPokePlayer#8731 on Discord):

the non-hacked rom is available and hashes are in no-intro db, although they probably dont work right now due to satellaview support not being hooked up (that's ongoing)
