Super Mario Bros with various speed hacks, then beaten very fast with tool-assisted play. The glitching every few seconds is because the NES (or at least Super Mario Bros) can barely handle scrolling this fast

Voted no. This hack does little besides modify speed and glitch the game out, and the run really isn't that great.
