This is an automatically posted message for discussing submission: #592: Phil. Côté and Genisto's NES Battletoads in 13:28
See details at: http://bisqwit.iki.fi/nesvideos/queue.cgi?id=592
Submission status: accepted

The submission message follows:
1 player warpfull run. 1:23 faster than FODA. Ok, there's so many tricks and glitches used in this run that I won't write them here. Instead, I am thinking writing a Battletoads tricks page with the help of FODA if he wants. - Death used to save time
- Manipulates luck
- etc..
DeHackEd: Processing. I'll try to keep the video quality good.

I had no idea that toads could fly! Even though I don't know very much of this game the movie was impressive! I voted yes. Great run. _________________ http://bisqwit.iki.fi/nesvideos/WalkerBoh.html

We have:
- 2-player with warps
- 1-player without warps
And now Phil submitted
1-player with warps.
What do we do? |

Like FODA said before, a 2 player run cannot beat a 1 player in time due to a stupid bug. So he suggested this type of run and I beat his time.
Though, I will let people decide. I will be neutral.
Bisqwit: I suggest you to watch it first then see. |

| This was just amazing! Will we be seeing a warpless version that uses all these new tricks any time soon? |

This is the kind of run I like seeing. Fast paced + Glitched out.
Yes vote. |

Battletoads should have 2 movies:
- 1 player warps, to show fastest completion possible
- 2 players warpless to show all levels and a lot of showoff
I would give a star to 2 players warpless but because of the annoying level 11 bug i think now that the star needs to go to this movie. _________________ "(...)using tha features provided by an emulator is irrelevant, as long as tha “world” – tha gizzle – is unmodified." - Gizoogle |

This movie wasn't too bad.
Actually it was so good Phil and Genisto deserve a ninja level-up.
About categories: I agree that we should switch to 1-player with warps, and 2-player without warps. |

Fixed for people who like binary. Or people who happen to be crazy and have lots of disk space. _________________ Build a man a fire, warm him for a day,

| Well, Battletoads is an excellent and tough game. An ideal game to timeattack. It deserves all 4 possible movies. |
