This game seems to get weirder every time I look at it.
This is my third submission for this game, and it's an improvement of about 7 seconds (433 frames) over the last one. The improvement comes from a couple of goofy new glitches as well as minor optimizations in nearly every room of the game.
This movie also has a lot more cool-looking parts than the last one did.

Voting yes, although did the improvements come from new glitches or better optimization of existing glitches.

Both. The two biggest improvements are the faster jump-over-water sequence break in the 3rd stage which saved 155 frames, and the glitched sprite trick in the 2nd stage which saved 93 frames. All the rest came from minor optimizations. 7 rooms were improved 10-25 frames, and 11 rooms were improved less than 10 frames.

Nicely done, I enjoyed seeing the new glitches. I like how you made it more entertaining too. I don't totally understand the glitch, so I guess I can't say much about the random pauses I see that seem to be for no apparent reason...
