Link to video I quickly did a 'speedrun' of Arsene Lupin the 3rd and the Castle of Cagliostro. It's a great game with quite some exploitable bugs. This movie can be used as a guide to find out where the most important items are stored. http://msxsolutions.msxblue.com/arsene1.html here is more information on this great game. exploits include: - Pushing up and down while shooting lets you 'fall' through any floor, you can use this to skip a few tricky parts (stage 2 fall through floor)

The movie this is based on is fantastic, it's a Hayao Miyazaki film. I'll take a look now that you've added the youtube link :)

Link to video Since nitro seems to have lost interest in this, here's a TAS Test of the game, completing the first stage in 1:06. For those wondering, there is nothing wrong with the video, the game -really- is that choppy. I'd go as far as to call it an absolute mess, but that's what may just make it so great for a TAS.

Nice improvement! Yeah, I lost interest because of luck manipulation, so I'm looking forward to see what you can do with this game. I wonder if Lupin III would make an interesting run.
