2f 8-1, 1f 8-3. Probably due to lag reduction.

Tried to make levels more entertaining when doing so does not lose time. Note to everyone: don't touch 4-1 with a 20ft barge pole if you don't want to lose time.

Saved a lag frame. I have another version of 8-3 that doesn't save the lag frame but still saves a frame (tieing this) by magic?

Improves the overground section of 4-2 by removing 1 lagframe from Chatterbox's improvement and 1 extra frame for luck (maybe jump angle related?)
