v3 of the b-wings tas, still frames to save, but now it is than the speedrun, but not doing one of the death skips

this managed to be a couple of seconds short of a RTA by a human. weapon choice is probably to blame, also pause to pick weapon on stage 29 was bad, but i'm unsure if i should just carry Side through the last stages or pause to get Hammer and do the crash kill
