Updates include:
- clock_gettime() monotonic enabled
- Initial monotonic time added and set to 1 second
- Ran through libTAS 1.4.5 and resaved, updating the input format and libtas version
No inputs were changed in this ltm file. The inputs and gameplay are exactly the same as in tendog's original submission.
This was confirmed to sync on save files generated from this verification movie: https://tasvideos.org/UserFiles/Info/638529433636457154 and run as described in the original submission, except using libTAS 1.4.5.

This movie generates chapter 1 completion data, which is needed for NG+ speedruns of chapter 1. This movie also sets the language to Japanese. If English is desired, this movie can be truncated to before the language is changed at the end.
Note: this movie may desync if Fast Forward is used. If this happens, disable Fast Forward and it should sync.
