when i do my tool assisted speedrun (mainly on fceux), how can i make for record my movies i did, everytimes the movie disappear and finally how to submit/publish a movie on the site?

You mean a video of your record disappears or your input file (which has .fm2 format extension)?
TASing is like making a film: only the best takes are shown in the final movie.

fceux has a .fm2 and .fm3 but im not using it

I don't understand what you are saying. You have your input file (.fm2) and you want to render it on the emu as a video ? or do you want to create a input file (which will contain inputs and that you can submit on this site.)

First you only submit on this site, then your movie will be judged by a judge who will verify the optimisation of the TAS and if the TAS follows the Movie Rules. and if all fits, it will be then published by a publisher on the site. Now, i advice you if it's your first TAS and you are not sure about its optimisation to upload your TAS in the userfile section.
