Is it possible to output at a higher resolution than 320x240 in PCSX? For example, if I want to make a 720p video from PCSX.

You can't do this with PSX 3D games, for the moment. But for 2D games, we output at the console's native resolution (like 320x240 for PSX), and then we do a point resize in AviSynth.

is there an avisynth script that i can use to create 720p videos? i dont care about file size as i have a fast connection

Yes! clip.PointResize(width,height) But again, this thing is for 2D graphics.
