Right now the best I can do is create a .7z archive, but apparently the submission instructions specify that it absolutely must belong to a .zip format, is that right?
Edit: Never mind, just confused about files extensions, problem solved quickly

I went from PKZip to Info-Zip to zlib API for my usage of zip files.

7zip can make zip files, WinRAR can make zip files, most if not all archiving tools I can think of can make zip files. And yeah, Windows can now do it natively as well.

I always thought the name 7-Zip was just derived from .7z.
