Didn't you say you saw SpongeBob go really high and he slowly started falling back down? How can I get the code to give me that result?

I'm having the same problem as itsPersonnal. I stand in the Chum Bucket after disabling the hand and press A and B on one frame, with the 006C5144 code on. This is what happens every time I try. What could be the problem?

Would something in the middle work, like 006C5159? Or does the value have to end in 00?

This would probably take too long to set up in a run anyway, but I don't suppose this cuts down on lag?

Still not a very interesting run, but it's an improvement. Yes vote!

Scrimpeh, Guga linked to an encode on the first page. I don't think this game will ever make for a good TAS. It's just so bad. No vote.

Nahoc, I think your judging decision was fair and you explained it well. Great job!

Good run of a bad game. I liked all the funny antics the two players were doing and all of the enemy names. Yes vote.

I was entertained. I like the music, but I don't really like how most of the areas are so dark around a few spaces in the center of the screen. Still, very good run overall. Yes vote.

It actually looks quite nice, reminds me of the Brain Age TAS maths drawings.
Thanks. :P Colored: I like it. Looks better than anything in Syobon Action, at least.
Broken quotes are great fun.
OK, fine, I'll fix it.

Thanks for helping out, nitrogenesis! We're going to keep working on the later levels; I have no doubt that any improvement can be hexed in without a problem.

Link to video A N64 Superman (Superman 64) speedrun by aleckermit. Based on this, I don't think even a TAS would be entertaining.

The person who judges your run will play back the verification dtm and then play back your "normal mode, cutscenes skipped" TAS, and the TAS is verified if it starts from the save that the verification dtm makes. Like I said, just include it in the submission text.

like, I will be able to submit that right? The DTM beating the game and the actually TAS.
You submit the TAS and include a link to the verification movie in the submission text.

I would like to see a (NewGame+?) normal mode run with the cutscenes skipped (2nd time through), especially since the finished run won't be put in the Hacks/Demos section anymore, and it will still be published on the main GameCube page.

Voting No just for suboptimality, but the run is also pretty boring.

This is what concerns me. Aren't we on v8? Is there even a Mupen-rr v2? EDIT: Watched the encode, and I wasn't entertained. Partly because the graphical glitches are annoying and make the encode almost dizzying to look out. No vote.

I didn't even know there was a Super Bowling 64, but I believe it. LOL Mupen v2.

Are there any precedent cases of glitched passwords? I'm wondering if there has been something else like this.
There was this submission which glitched a password to skip to the credits. It was rejected for being too unentertaining though, not because of the glitch.

Me and my friends are really proud of this. One of our organization, MisterNojojojo uploaded it to his YouTube channel immediately. Here is the run: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zJHSuw1bIg&list=UUHivCZr2rmOd67SEEFwqoxg&index=1&feature=plcp
That just looks like it skips right to the final boss with a password, which is not generally accepted on this site.

What the hell does that tanuki do when he beats a level? It looks really bad.
I think he's eating the 15 fruit he's collected. His fruit meter goes down when he does...that. Voting Yes. I hesitated to do so at first because this is a game you can't lose, but the TAS was fast and I liked seeing where you would pick up each piece of fruit while avoiding all the other ones.

Well, I don't know anything about this game, but I thought the battles were entertaining (which is what the author was aiming for) even at the cost of speed. Also, the story really picked up in the last third of the run (not that I could understand any of the text). I think that since this run starts with no save data and the NewGame+ "Grand Battle" deuxhero described can't be done without completing the game once, this run is entertaining enough to be published. It already looks like those who have played the game before really like it. Perhaps in the future, a "Grand Battle" run, potentially more suitable for a playaround, could obsolete this using this run as the verification movie. Also, I hope other people will comment and vote soon and a decision can finally be reached on this run. Yes vote!

We would need the swfs to play back deterministically, or else they can't be accurately TASed.
